I think he did well. If people are focusing more on a fly rather than any mistakes you made, that's not a bad sign; it means there wasn't as much to criticize..
He picked his battles and if I had to defend potus I would do the same.
Obviously not as fun or exciting to watch, but if you wanted to use the debates to decide your vote, this wasn't a bad one.

Much has been said about Joe's alleged cognitive decline. Has Trump looked in a mirror recently?

Last night, Trump was asked by Hannity 3 times if he had tested negative. Trump avoided the question each time. Hannity was hitting hard it seems.

Early in the interview Trump states: "Yeah, I just saw the doctors today ... They think I’m in great shape.”

Later in the interview Trump states:
"Well, what we’re doing is probably, the test will be tomorrow, and the actual test, because there’s no reason to test all the time, but they found very little infection or virus, if any ... I don’t know if they found any, I didn’t go into it greatly with the doctors.”

Which is it? And he wants to travel to Florida and Pennsylvania?

He has to soldier on though, doesn't he. If he held his hands up and said "Look, I'm really ill and old and I'm gonna sit this next month out" then he'd lose face with his frothing-mouthed acolytes. Then again, he's made a rod for his own back. If he hadn't crafted a presidency solely based around trolling the snowflakes then he could take a break without fear of losing support.

Mongo I suspect that there are a lot more than you think like him. Most are just minor jerks who think they are God's gift to the world. He just happened to end up with enough money from a Father who apparently was also an asshole to get a start.

I suspect that a lot could have kept up with him for the first half or even three quarters of his presidency, but to get to the point he and the country are at now and still believe you're the messiah?
