To put this in more context, the co-worker who said this actually just returned from a 15-day sick leave from being infected with COVID. And she STILL isn't on planning on getting the vaccine until it's approved, and she's still not advocating for others like her to get the jab. I'm guessing she feels that now she's recovered, she's immune, but IIRC you can still get infected, especially from the variants.
