I love Harbaugh. Go Michigan!
Great game today Michigan-------Go Blue 8-0. We could lose every game from here on out and still have a bowl game. In fact we clinched a bowl game 3 games ago. Haaaaar Haaaaaaar!!!!

So, getting to a bowl game is good enough for you? You sound like a Kentucky fan.

Glad to see Texas A&M take it in the shorts as they were not deserving of being ranked in the top 4.

Brutal year in East Lansing. When you can't even beat Illinois......

Unhappy times in Iowa City as well. Last year's magic is long gone.

LOL @ TCU, who barely squeaked by Kansas, absolutely trashing Baylor.

USC vs Washington next week should be a barn burner in the Pac 12.

My personal thanks to Arkansas. Felt pretty certain they would upset Florida and they didn't disappoint. The beer and pizza is on me tonight :glugglug:

That looks about right RJ.

Is Brian Kelly in trouble at Notre Dame?

How about a little love for San Diego State. The Aztecs look likely to go 11 and 1, easily the best record in school history, including non conference wins against Northern Illinois and California.

Great win by my Hawkeyes. Too bad they'll wind up in the Pinstripe or Humanitarian Bowl.
Air Force is playing Colorado State and they're wearing these helmets.

Fucking Michigan, I guess you can't win them all :(

Michigan-13
Iowa -14

A very strange season...

So many trends I can't figure.

Look at Connor's Auburn team, for instance. They looked like they were evolving into a genuine contender to knock off Alabama but then they struggled to beat Vanderbilt and got beat by a very mediocre Georgia team.

Then we have Louisville (who I never much believed in anyway) absolutely destroying Florida State, but now a few weeks later with a chance to cement a playoff spot being humiliated by what had been a less-than-stellar Houston team that lost to freaking SMU.

The whole Big 12 is shit.
The Big 10 has gotten chaotic with Ohio State and Michigan taking unexpected losses, which opens the door to a scenario in which Wisconsin wins the conference title game and thereby knocks any big 10 team out of the top 4.

Clemson loses to Pitt, North Carolina loses to Duke :wtf:

USC has evolved into the best team in the Pac 10 but with 3 losses they aren't going to the big dance.

I expect USC to cover against UCLA Saturday, rivalry game notwithstanding.
I was also high on UNLV to cover against Boise State later tonight what with Boise playing on short rest after a trip to Hawaii (usually a good go against angle) - but UNLV's best playmaker is now out for the season so ???

The Vandy game looked horrible because their starting QB, Sean White, was injured and Malzahn has no faith in anyone else to throw the ball.

The Georgia game was worse because he started White, even though he was still injured, and the best player on the team, Pettway, pulled a hammy in the Vanderbilt game.

The only real bright spot this year has been how well the defense has played. Ever since that piece-of-shit Terry Bowden fired Wayne Hall, Auburn's defense went thru a steady decline, but the new DC this year has really turned things around.

Ah ok, thanks for the info. So what kind of shot do you give them against 'Bama in 2 weeks?

UNLV covered fairly easily after all :glugglug: Now if only USC can do the same...

Without Pettway, ZERO. Hopefully, he'll be back, but I'm not sure how severe it was.

Plus, they're going to have mix it up. Even with Pettway, you can't be a one-dimensional offense against an Alabama defense. It just aint gonna work.

The only other bright spot has been the punting game. The averge return against Auburn is -1.5 yards. It was -3 before the Vandy game.

Iowa. Wins against Michigan and Nebraska. Loss at a usually-tough-but-Iowa-was-at-home-so-what NDSU Bison team. Gotta love the unpredictable Big 10. It could be the Badgers. It could be Penn State. The outcome of the OSU-Michigan game, and the following placement of the winner should be enough to ensure critics of the 4-team playoff system plenty to squall about during the spring. I like the parity I'm seeing of late. Division II schools knocking off Division I schools. Says a lot about the emphasis smaller programs give to their football teams, and to the importance of coaching experience in putting together a staff. Probably says even more about the climate of recruiting.

My Hawkeyes scrapped their way back into the top 25 but they'll probably lose their bowl game.......again.

Moving to a trailer in Fife, AL.
I think for a team to play for the national championship, it has to have won its conference. Your thoughts.
