Miami did a pretty good job of spoiling App State's party today. The Hurricanes are a fascinating team this year under first-year HC Mark Richt. Brad Kayaa might be the best pro-style prospect QB in the NCAA. They should definitely contend for the ACC Coastal title. Not sure if they can hang with Louisville, FSU or Clemson....just like the SEC, there is a pretty significant imbalance between divisions in the conference.

Louisville is leading FSU by 39, I thought Clemson could do this after reviewing of the Ole Miss game film. Clemson has elite level talent at every position on offensive. This will be the worst lost in FSU football history. Louisville went after the FSU defense weak links they saw on film.

Well, I'm sure they reviewed film but as the #2 team in the nation, FSU doesn't have a lot of holes in their game. Louisville just took them to the woodshed in every facet of the game is the bottom line and Lamar Jackson is perhaps the most dominant position player at QB since Vince Young. His stats from the game are incredible....it's 62-10 right now and the game still isn't over! I'm shocked at the result really and I have gained a whole new measure of respect for Louisville even though their coach is a scumbag. He may not be a very good human being but he can sure assemble and coach a football team.

God. Damn. It. Ferentz showed up again. That guy really doesn't get his teams fired up enough.

You can't lose at home against NDSU regardless of the reason. Really bad loss for the Hawkeyes.

Me too! In recent years I've never been a Louisville believer, but this game definitely got my attention

Oregon showed some class before their game at Nebraska.

:hatsoff:

Tough loss for the Ducks. Not surprising, though. This year's team is definitely a cut below our usual.

Texas vs Cal - 68 points scored in the first half :1orglaugh

The way the Buckeyes are playing right now, they just might run the table. If they go into MSU and do to them what they just did to OU,I'm not sure anyone is going to stop them.

14-7 over Rutgers? That's almost as bad as losing to Rutgers. Jeebus, this season for Iowa is going to disappoint.

ASU/Cal. Not a whole lot of defense being played tonight. Over a thousand yards offense betwixt them and 92 points scored, half of them in the fourth quarter alone. Crazy. I don't particularly care about either team so seeing the guys from Californistan lose was enough for me.

Much expected.
The over under on that game was 82 :1orlaugh

Yeah that was pretty ugly.

Meanwhile out here in the Pac 12 Colorado may be the most improved team in the conference. They've been down soooo long it's good to see, even though they took out my going-nowhere-anyway Ducks in the process.

The mighty Trojans are now 1 and 3, which is also good to see :)

UCLA looked like they were FINALLY going to get over the hump against Stanford after 8 straight losses, but for the 2nd week in a row the vaunted "prevent defense" gave up a final minute touchdown. Last week it nearly cost them the game. This week it did.
The Bruin defensive scheme worked so well ALL night, but never mind that. Anybody who's been watching Mora knew he'd change that up for the last Stanford possession  I've hated the prevent defense forever.

To me, USC and UCLA have always been overrated, but the past few years, it seems like both of them have been on a mission to prove it to themselves!

Anyhow, Notre Dame got spanked. so I'm happy with that.

UCLA really screwed up yesterday. I was yelling at the TV like Harvey Keitel was at his car radio in Bad Lieutenant when we got penalized for 15 for interference on that Stanford punt return.
