Purdue looked like absolute garbage today. If I was Matt Painter, I would have grabbed the Big Ten Championship trophy, chucked it and the players onto the bus, and headed towards West Lafayette. There shouldn't be any celebrating of any kind. This team need to figure out a way to play without Robbie Hummel. Otherwise, we're going to be lucky to make it out of the second round of the NCAA tourney.

In defense of the Boilers, Penn St has been playing very well after their 0-12 start. They have a few wins and almost beat Ohio State and Michigan St (in East ansing)

Congrats to Winthrop on winning the Big South tourney - they totally shut down Coastal Carolina's offense in the 2nd half, and the Chanticleers just couldn't find any rhythm on at all. Still, give credit to CCU on a great season - a team that was predicted to be a bottom feeder in the Big South this year ends up as the favorite in the Big South tourney.

the best players really are not the best stretegicaly and some players do advance after not being drafted and they dont even try out for a sport again.

Congrats to Northern Iowa on winning the MVC tourney - their defense was just flat out filthy against Witchita St., as it has always been throughout this season.

Congrats to the Buckeye Women's Team who won the regular season and won the Big 10 Tourney yesterday.

It was nice to see that Evan Tirner and a couple of his teammates drove over to Indy yesterday to root them on.

This has been a painful season to watch being a Tar Heel fan.

They'll be lucky to get into the NIT.

Not sayin' my Blue Devils will go all the way in the NCAA tournament (I never really pick them to win the tourney, which shocks people - just being a realist), but they've had a great season! Can't wait for the ACC Tournament this week.

The problem with Duke however is that they don't have too much depth at the guard position outside of Scheyer and Smith, and their low post presence will be tested at the Big Dance. Duke may be headed for trouble if they face a strong low post presence or a simple, physical, blue-collar team in March Madness. Their losses against Georgetown and Wisconsin pretty much exposed that.

Yeah, it was a nice way for the Duke seniors to finish out their last game at Cameron Indoor, though their victory against UNC isn't really saying much, given the Heels' inexperience and Ed Davis lost for the rest of this season.

SMC beat vastly overrated Gonzaga. How are they a Top 15 team? Their best performance of the season was actually a loss (to MSU). Theyve beaten no one all that good n have 2 terrible losses in the past few weeks. They look like a 8 seed to me. So does Saint Mary's, whose schedule is just as strong/weak. Each have similar records, and each have a conference title to boot.
