Defense you say? Yeah, it's great defense when the team you're playing can't hit any open shots.Very disappointing game (and I had no ***** in this race....was just hoping for an entertaining game. It wasn't). If this is how "real" basketball is supposed to be played, I hope I never see another game. :eek:
Great win but definitely NOT a great game.
Anthony was dead-on. The game was one of the worst I've ever seen at any level. I've seen junior high teams shoot better than Butler did. Connecticut played like **** too....they should have won the game by 30 points the way Butler was throwing up bricks all night.
Congrats to the Huskies but what a horrible exhibition of what was supposed to be championship-level basketball by the (allegedly) 2 best teams in the nation.
I'm glad someone else sees it my way. I thought I was crazy when izabelplayer said that was how basketball should be played. 18% shooting?? Ha ya that's real basketball.
