Of course. If you eat before hand you could get cramps half way through. The most important thing is to stay hydrated, have some water handy.

I can't believe no one mentioned glazed doughnuts, I mean its covered in sticky white glazed goodness so after a "wank" a doughnut just seems appopriate. I'm gonna shut up now before I gross myself out.

I think them salted crisps they used to sell when I was a kid would be a good choice.You used to get a little packet of salt to put in the bag,then you had to shake it.
You could do this while wanking and they'ed be ready for when your done:1orglaugh
