Really? I haven't seen any of his posts since it was called. There's a thread he started the afternoon of the 6th, when he still thought he would win. But nothing since the curtain started falling.

One more reason everyone, including BC should be rejoicing. :nanner:

And I don't think his guns would do him a fat lot of good in real life either. :thefinger:

He posted twice yesterday, in a couple of spamish threads (I am surprised he has not started his own "what am I watching" threads). This proves to me that he is nothing but a common coward, unable to come face to face with his own defeats and shortcomings.

^Precisely. I have to admit, I overestimated him (possible?!?). I at least thought he'd have the guts to come in here and face the music, if not just to whine about how it was fixed or some other bullshit. I figured someone who talks as tough as he does would at least back up his empty threats and predictions on the internet, where literally no real harm can come to him.

My thing is, I want to like the monumental douche. I keep being struck by the opinion that he mostly just "plays to the camera." I don't think he believes in the a lot of the things he says he does, and I don't think a lot of the beliefs that he says he has, he feels all that strongly about. I keep getting the overwhelming impression that he gets some vicarious thrill by presenting himself as ignorant and intolerant. He's Larry Linville playing Frank Burns, so to speak.

But maybe I'm wrong and he really is the gigantic prick that he says he is. :dunno:

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think it was Xfire that took a position to not respond to any Sam or Will threads started in the political section. I took his advice and this may be the first one I've chimed in on since. We all know they bring nothing to the table to debate much less start a thread in order to start one.

They live in a world of complete denial. This thread is probably the best example of it. I predicted on another thread 4 or 5 stupid reasons why Mitt lost the election. I have seen them use 3 of them. Don't tell me you 2 aren't reading my words. You sit here monitoring and posting on the political boards every day.

You make excellent points, BJB, but what would Sam's motivation be to come back to this thread? He has proved time and again that he doesn't care one jot about facts. He has opinions. Strong ones, and he states them as fact, completely without apology or consideration for the truth. He has been proved wrong just as decisively as this before, but he has never, nor will he ever, own up to being wrong. I don't believe for a moment that he even believes everything he posts. He's just an angry old man without friends in the real world, and he enjoys playing the internet tough guy. Ignoring him makes him froth at the mouth.
