And of course, xfire just had to neg rep me with this..... "How many times have you had your scrawny ass kicked?"

Like I said, I'm 5'-10", fluctuate between 190 and 195 lb. Yet xfire still considers me scrawny. lol... only a tub of shit would consider a guy who weighs 190 pounds to be scrawny. But as you can see in his photo below, it's easy to see why he thinks I'm scrawny.

Can't be me, I don't have a beard, you scrawny wimp. I didn't know they piled shit 5'10" high. That's tall for a pile of shit, but for a dude, that's fucking shrimpy. I'll be sure and tell Katie hi for you the next time I see her. :D

Keep incriminating yourself. It's all documented.

While you continue to giggle, I've reported you and FREEONES for harrassment, extortion, and threats towards me, to my lawyers and they have all agreed that you have acted maliciously with intent to harm not only me, but more importantly my family as well. they will be contacting the regional office of Homeland Security (yeah, they get involved in internet threats)... including the local police (again), as well as Facebook. Look up the definition of maliciously and BLACKMAIL

Blackmail is a crime that involves a threat with an intention to compel a person to do an act against his/her will or to take a person’s money or property. In blackmail, a threat may or may not consist of physical injury to a threatened person or to someone loved by that person. Sometimes a threat may be to injure a person’s reputation. In some cases, the threat would be to expose an illegal act previously committed by the victim if the victim fails to submit to a demand. Punishment for blackmail can include a fine, imprisonment, or both.

Generally, blackmail is synonymous with extortion. Some states distinguish blackmail from extortion by demanding that blackmail must be in writing in order to make it punishable. The terms extortion and blackmail are sometimes said to involve different behaviors. Accordingly, extortion refers to a threat made by a public official, while blackmail refers to a threat to collect money illegally. Both offenses are very similar, the only difference being that extortion involves an underlying independent criminal act, while blackmail does not.

Malicioucly is a threat which involves an act of coercion. It is an expression of an intention to inflict an evil or injury on another person[/B]. A threat will bring out a negative response. It is a crime in many jurisdictions. A threat is also defined as a menace that keeps the mind of a person upon whom a threat operates unsettled.

Generally, a threat is one of the elements of extortion or blackmail. In order to punish an offense of extortion, the prosecution must show that the motive of the threat was to obtain money, property, or some other thing of value. But under some statutes, the threat is considered as an independent offense. Thus a threat without any motive is also punishable.

I've copied every threat you have made concerning me and my daughter (and most recently, your threats of contacting my ex-wife), and my attorney is in possesion of them.

Sleep well.

I actually have been involved in real-life cases of stalking and harassment. One of the key stipulations by officials while going over the case: Do not blow it by discussing the case with the person who is doing the stalking and harassing.
First the fake health scare, now the fake harassment claims.

Sammy acts like the ghetto trash that he claims to hate. He starts all kinds of shit that he has no one but himself to blame for, then goes crying to a lawyer the moment he gets tagged. Just like every gangbanger on every cop show. Coward, punk and liar.

If Sam wins, no one gets anything. In that instance, reality will have ceased to function.

It would actually cause a Fact Hole.
Fact Holes exist when a user, usually Sam or Will, constantly bends the truth so far, it literally collapses into itself. Things such as facts, research, truths, history - everything real - are then sucked into these Fact Holes, unable to ever escape. As the Fact Holes pulls in more facts, it becomes larger, allowing it to pull in even more facts. As I said before, nothing factual is ever allowed to escape from a Fact Hole, though items known as Tonsofbullshit are seen being emitted.
One of the remarkable thing is, these users such as Sam and Will are completely incapable of detecting Fact Holes, though other sane users are able to detect them quite easily with the naked eye.

This guy's a fucking schmuck. He's butthurt because he posted a picture that I did a Google reverse image search on and found his facebook page from. It's not my fault he posted enough information on a public forum that made him easy to find. Not to mention he posted a link to a list of sailors from the USS Juneau and challenged everyone to find his name. This guy is threatening me with bogus legal action for "threatening" him. Just like everything else this poor wimpy bastard posts, it's all hot air. I've suspected for some time that he's "sir fartsalot", because he's so full of gas.

If a person has proving them self to be an asshole you don't have to do anything else cause they have show their stripes and now has to deal with them self. Turn the other cheek, disagree with his opinions or ideas and when you made them look like an idiot you already won and don't have to do anything else. They may cry or yell but all they prove is they are not an adult and should not be treated as one, a child only grows up when they can take responsibility, accept the truth and work on improving the things around them. (I am not defending anyone who makes a stupid remark or etc)

Does everyone remember how this thread started? Allow me to refresh your memories:

{insert many conclusive statements by Sam declaring a Romney landslide victory}

You were wrong. Dead wrong. Provably wrong. Do you have any comments that are your own? Please don't use memes, other people's thoughts, youtube videos, or articles. I'm asking you, personally, as an American citizen (who claims to have served in the military, but likely didn't, as you can't nail down which in which service you spent time), how you feel about this outcome?

Sam has proved beyond doubt that he is not interested in conversation. He's unwilling to admit when he is wrong. He absolutely will not own up to his errors, even when presented conclusively and, I think, politely. This is the definition of a troll, people. Trolls feed on people responding to the asinine posts they make. There's a simple way to starve a troll.

1. Yeah, I was wrong on my assumption that Romney would win by a landslide.

2. BobJustBob, I owe you $20. I never welch on a bet. How would you like me to send it to you?
