Well I think the US were better throughout the tournament, but Canada was the better team today. Didn't let the US play their thing like they did in the previous games.

What a piece of shit performance by USA. I don't think we had ONE shot within 10 feet of the net the whole fucking game. I honestly hope they lose the bronze medal game now. It's irrelevant. A bronze would mean much more to a country and team like Finland anyway. It was Gold or bust. Just seriously fucking pissed off about this one. I honestly would not mind at all if pros never played in the Olympics again. Make it about amateurs again like it's meant to be and put an end to this professional nonsense.

Canada outshot them by a considerable margin, which surprised the heck out of me. This is the first time they went to the net like they should. The front line combined better than they have, and the defense stayed solid. At this point, it's Canada's gold to lose, really.

Can anyone explain to me why the reigning Norris trophy "winner" (because anyone and everyone knows Suter was the real winner) Subban wasn't played at all today? Was he a healthy scratch or did he just ride the pine all game?
