Canada takes gold in short track!

Canada is, thus far, representing well. Hope they keep it up!

Another Gold for Canada in Freestyle skiing.

Canada really seahawked (yes I just used the Seahawks as a synonym for dominating) the freestyle skiing. Gold AND silver for both the men and girls. PS: The Dufour-Lapointe sisters are cuties.

The Netherlands are dominating the speed skating even more. Again gold, silver and bronze in men's speed skating. This time on the 500m distance. That's 7 medals on three speed skating occasions (9 possible medals) for The Netherlands! :clap:

Olympic Women's hockey is interesting - USA and Canada seem to be in a league of their own. They play Friday. We'll see if Canada can keep the tradition of bitch slapping USA alive.

NBC's coverage sucks. I mean, we're being bombarded in prime-time with skating, ice dancing and snowboarding. Then, they wait until after midnight to show the men's luge finals?? Really catering to the female viewer I guess. Oh....and Bob Costas should have bowed out until he got over that nasty eye infection. I mean, I feel bad for the guy but they should have gone to Al Michaels or some other alternative anchor instead.

You're not kidding. Their coverage ALWAYS sucks. It's bad enough that I wonder if they'll even show any hockey. It's a long event, they tend to like to show 2 minutes of this, change to 2 minutes of that.
