Hogan says six sides only got TNA so far, and they're taking them the rest of the way. Hogan says there's no more play-pen rings, and they're changing it whether the fans like it or not.

So, they changed the ring whether the fans wanted it or not!

This may be the beginning of the end for me and TNA.

I'll be writing a complaint email soon.

I'm tired of Hogan and Bischoff messing with organizations.

They know nothing about wrestling, or WCW would still be around.
I blame Ted Turner as well.

Also, the four-sided ring only go TNA so far!?

TNA Genesis Dark Match?, 4-Sided Ring Fan Signs Taken.

- There was no dark match before the Genesis PPV.

- TNA staff removed signs bashing the change to the 4-sided ring.

Backstage Reaction To The TNA 4-Sided Ring, More

Scott D'Amore, who currently works as an agent for TNA, recently had surgery on his shoulder to deal with an issue that had been bothering him.

The reaction to the change back to the 4-sided ring was a mixed one among TNA talent. No one knew that the change was happening and they only found out when they arrived at the building. The decision to make the change was made by Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff.

There was serious talk of doing an angle where the 6-sided ring was destroyed on an episode of iMPACT!, but there was concern that the angle would not get over with the TNA fans, and it was dropped.

Breaking News: Scott Hall Off Genesis Tonight

According to a source within TNA, Scott Hall is saying he has a groin injury and that's why he won't wrestle tonight at Genesis. However, in reality, Hall recently put on trunks for the first time in a long time and was concerned that his body did not appear to be in ring shape. Therefore, when Hall begged to be taken off the card, Sean Waltman was put in the tag match with Nash for tonight, but even Waltman is said to be begging off the card as well. It is not known at this time why Waltman feels uncomfortable wrestling, so as a precaution, Eric Young will be at the pay-per-view and will serve as Nash's partner if Waltman no-shows or is "unable" to wrestle.

Despite reported TNA satisfaction with Hall and Waltman, both are said to be constantly wrecked on pills and will not last long. Nash did not vouch for Hall and Waltman prior to or at the beginning of their employment by TNA, and has made it very plain that they are not his responsibility, so there is no heat on Nash as far as TNA management is concerned.

Update: TNA Tells The iMPACT! Zone Audience How To Behave!

As noted last night here on the site, prior to Monday's TNA iMPACT! TV taping, members of TNA's production team addressed the Impact Zone fans with instructions about "how act like cast members" in the filming of a TV series and not distract talent from "telling a story" to viewers at home.

"You are cast members here. It's active, it's TV-14, please, I know it's fun to try to distract the talent up here, but they have to tell a story to two million people. You're part of us. You're helping us tell the story. Please don't try and distract the story."

The pre-show announcement comes the night after Genesis, when the iMPACT! zone totally ripped apart Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff's opening segment, the Band, Sean Morey, Mr. Anderson and many of the other "new faces" in TNA.

The director also told TNA fans not to "throw up gang signs" and not to chant "bullsh--" during the show, as it just creates work for the production team, who has to edit the bad language out.

"Every time you come here, I want you to be excited. What I cannot have from the audience are curses, flipped birds, and gang signs that I may not understand," he said. "Please, watch your language. Please, watch what you do. If I ask you to remove a sign, I'm not even sure the reason. Somebody in the truck saw something. We're going to be watching you. When we see this violation, we're going to ask you to move."

Several people who attended Sunday's TNA Genesis PPV at the iMPACT! Zone report first that the crowd hated the "new faces" of TNA. Fans hoping to see Samoa Joe, Jay Lethal, the Motor City Machine Guns, Awesome Kong, and the Beautiful People were instead treated to Val Venis, X-Pac and Mr. Kennedy and made it very clear how they felt about it.[/quote]

Awesome Kong was sent home after last night's altercation with Bubba the Love Sponge.

No word on her future with TNA.

Breaking EXCLUSIVE Update: Kong-Bubba Backstage Fight

AngryMarks.com has a report from today's Bubba The Love Sponge show. Hulk Hogan was a guest today, and they discussed the real reason Bubba was sent home, Awesome Kong apparently beat him up for the remarks he made in regards to Haiti. Here is what was said on the show�

Bubba: She was wearing wrestling gear, and she came in on me and sucker punched me right on my left cheeck, and I was like, what's going on... then she came out me again, hit me again in the mouth, and she goes, "This if for Haiti! This is for Haiti!" and I'm lke "What is going on?" Finally I put my left hand out and push her away from me, and she comes at me again and I just cover up, because I cannot fight back on a woman. Not only will I be fired from TNA, which I probably am, but my radio career is gone if I take a woman out!

Hulk Hogan: I tell you what, after what happened, if you had clocked her you'd have got away with it. What nobody knows, and this is the real truth, that there were certain people there... she should get off the property, she should be fired immediately, that's it. It was so violent. You could have actually lost an eye, you could have had your teeth knocked out. But, to give you your creedo, you are the one who said not to fire her.

As I EXCLUSIVELY noted earlier, Awesome Kong did attack radio show host and TNA backstage personality Bubba the Love Sponge at yesterday's iMPACT! taping in Orlando. Kong was reportedly upset due to the "F--- Hati" [sic] tweet Bubba posted on his Twitter account over the weekend. She has been taking part in fundraising efforts for the relief fund for Haiti, which was rocked by an earthquake last week.

I'm told the fight had to be broke up by several people backstage.

Bubba was sent home from yesterday's taping, as was Kong.

A source within the company notes that Bubba has major heat in the locker room.

The Awesome Kong-Bubba fight is as real as it gets. Some were skeptical with Russo and Bischoff but it was the real deal. She was legit pissed. We're going to have MAJOR exclusive updates on this later tonight on WZR Radio from 7-9EST.

Kazuchika Okada Is Coming To TNA

New Japan Pro Wrestling will be sending Kazuchika Okada, a top young prospect, to TNA. His stay is said to be for "unspecified period of time". New Japan has a long tradition of sending their young prospects to the US to gain experience. Okada will work on January 31st for New Japan, against Hiroshi Tanahashi, and then make his way to the US after that.

Backstage News: Several TNA Fans Yelled At Tonight

Some fans at ringside Sunday night were warned by a Universal Studios employee named Bernadette about not being negative towards the show, and asked to watch their language. This came after the fans turned their backs on Sean Morley's win over Daniels, and chanted "porn star" during the match.

These same fans decided to sit in the bleachers for tonight's tapings instead of ringside where they would normally be, in order to "show TNA the difference."

Several Universal employees, of which the aforementioned Bernadette was one, addressed the crowd before the start of today's tapings, asking them to behave and stay in line with the tapings. No word yet on how the fans reacted.[/quote]
