Are you getting to the point of climax and holding it back? As in it's ready to come out, your just straining to keep it in?
Often when i'm screwing and i feel i'm about to cum i pull out and sit and just concentrate on not cumming, i still orgasm, but nothing else comes out. It's a pretty uncomfortable experience. As most guys will probably know.

I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with that but I wouldn't go for more than a day or two of doing that without letting loose. It'll probably make you overly aggressive and irratable as well.
