I can see where the refs missed it with the only one that was really watching the puck at that time so far behind the play. However, I will be EXTREMELY disappointed in the league if Clowe is not suspended and fined, even if it's only one game.
From a sportsmanship perspective that's the worst part of it, he actually was quoted as saying: "I have no idea what you guys are talking about," he said. "I'll have to see the video or something; you'll have to show me on video."
It was disrespectful not only to the Kings, and the refs, but to the game as a whole. The best summarization I have read was:
"He won’t hang his head in shame but San Jose Sharks fans should and so should his teammates, coach and the executives. They should because that miscreant represents their franchise. If Sharks fans are not embarrassed by his conduct, then I am embarrassed for them and loathe calling them fellow hockey fans."

ive been hearing conflicted stories about this. phoenix is the first in line to get relocated, but to where is still up for debate. ive heard kansas city, la area team, and quebec
True. I've heard the Isles though. We shall see, as Buttman I believe hates Canada and the thought of another Canadian team. He is a scumbag. I want the Nords to come back but I know I don't want the Isles to relocate.
i hate that twirp as well. im surprised more canadiens dont openly say so as well... hes fighting to keep a team that plays on ice in a desert?! the isles have been awful for a while, but they still bring crowds, and have history. one of the great cup winning teams on record. the coyotes... won a series or two?
Mike Bossy, one of the greatest of all time. I've also heard conflicting info on the Coyotes. Who knows. Portland only has an NBA team and no NFL or MLB, so that city might be a good fit as well. Seattle lost the Sonics but they are trying to get another NBA team. IMO Quebec City would be the best fit.

Quebec deserves a team. I hope they get it and Columbus or Phoenix get relocated. Columbus is going to ship Nash and be in rebuilding mode for the next 5 years. May as well move'em. Phoenix, while competitive, just doesn't have the support. Maybe a Florida team, but both seem to have bright futures.

I heard the same thing in regards to Seattle and this new areana. As for Quebec getting a team why not, they deserve it. Also Houston should have an NHL team not a minor league one, they are a lot bigger than Dallas and have more Canadian transplants living there.

First thought for me would be Milwaukee but it is a real shithole. And the Bucs have never won anything but that's neither here nor there. They should relocate to Seattle and give Milwaukee a club, but again, it is a pretty shitty city. It has to be if it produced Jeffrey Dahmer.
