The Cardinals have a better defense than the Panthers, I see them as the SB fav.

We'll see. Carolina were without Jonathan Stewart. He is a huge part of their offense and makes Cam more dangerous.
Arizona lost Honey Badger. Arizona may be a better team but they are not the best defense without him.

I did not enjoy yesterday's game nearly as much I have the previous 14. Anyway, need to figure out what is wrong with the defense particularly as it pertains to stopping the run. They still control their destiny in terms of home-field throughout.

Don't get me wrong the Panthers are awesome and they can just as easily win the SB but it seems like they get into shootouts every other week lately. The Cards have been a little more consistent on D. We will see, this year is up for grabs.

Okay...I know it's still early. We still have a couple of games to play. But let me get this straight:

--The Broncos are the #1 seed in the AFC.
--The Panthers are the #1 seed in the NFC
--Despite a 10-6 record, the Jets are out.
--The Redskins win their division with a spectacular 9-7 record.
--The Texans did the same.
--The Pack and the Vikings are battling it out to see which certain playoff team actually wins that division.
--And the BROWNS missed the playoffs AGAIN????

Contrary to conventional wisdom, I actually give Minnesota a chance of beating the Seahawks. Seattle embarrassed them the last time they met. I think the Redskins beat Green Bay. Should be entertaining games this week.

What the hell is up with Green Bay lately? I know they have some injuries, but Rodgers and the whole teem just don't look right. It makes me wonder if there is something behind the scenes going on or if there is an injury nobody knows about.

Do the Redskins finally have their franchise QB since forever?

I'm siding towards that not being the case, only because it's more likely he's the player of the previous three years as apposed to this one. Who knows, maybe he turned the corner somewhere.

I really thought the SB Champion was going to come out of the NFC this year but the way Denver has been winning this season just feels like destiny. I've never seen the stars align for a football team like they have for the Broncos, it just feels meant to be.

My picks for this weeks Playoff games.

Saturday's games:
Kansas City over Houston
Pittsburgh over Cincinnati

Sunday's games:
Seattle over Minnesota
Washington over Green Bay

I disagree with the Seattle pick. No Lynch and Wilson isn't going to toss a 300 yard game in zero degree weather. This will be a running game dominated contest. Favors Adrian Peterson. Plus the added mental edge for Minnesota because Seattle embarrassed them a few weeks ago.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. I think that Marvin Lewis just lost his job.

Same old Bengals. Every year they find a way to lose. He should have lost his job when Carson Palmer left. I believe he's 0-8 in playoffs with the Bengals losing five straight wildcard games. Have they ever advanced to the divisional round under him?

I don't think that it's the loss that is going to do it. He has lost control of his team. Of course the players are to blame for their actions on the field. The fans (not all) are a bunch of douchebags.

Exactly. I don't see how Marvin Lewis has not been fired long ago. I want to see those incriminating photos he has. Or maybe not.

I agree. When I made my picks, Lynch had not been ruled out.
