NFL '10/'11 Season Thread.

Ugh, horrible fucking game. Colts didn't deserve to win. Couldn't run the ball, couldn't stop the run, and couldn't avoid running into the goddamn punter. And who the fuck called a timeout at the end? Christ, I hate losing to that fat fucking mess of a coach.

I don't give a fuck who wins now. Football season is dead me. It's on to hockey season and Boilermaker basketball until the Cubs can disappoint for the 103rd year in a row.

 at my choice in sports teams.

lol i know exactly how you feel. im a Houston fan (texans, astros, rockets, (oilers) :hatsoff:

you guys should go on the saints board lol they are crying! big time! lol they're saying that the seahawks shouldnt have belong in the playoffs with a losing record. even though they won their division lol this is sweet cause all that fucking who dat? killed it. am glad the superbowl champs were knocked out buy a under .500 team lol

Gotta love football fans, crying and shit. Give me a fuckin' break. I hate that shit. I will wear my jersey occasionally if I go to any of a number of sporting events, but for the love of Christ, I don't paint my damn face like a little kid. And yes, I have authentic jerseys of all four of my pro sports teams in my state as well. Authentic, ONLY.

And screw the Saints for cheating in the NFC championship last year as well. :elaugh:

What's worse is that the score was close enough that there is a good chance that Seattle playing at home made a difference and that could have been a deciding factor in the game.

I do think they need to change the seeding in the future to reflect a team's record based on their schedule and tie breakers, and not just give home games to division winners anymore.

K.C. hung in there, but it was eventually Raven time. Flacco with a good game. Ray Lewis in a good game. McClain with a good game.

:partysml: Oh yeah!!! Packers hang on for the win! :partysml:
:D & as I predicted Vick was sacked 3 times & just bout got injured as he limped off the field at one point.
So far I was 3 out of 4 on the picks, Cheifs disappointed me in KC

Thank you Packers! My Bears have a favorable matchup going up against the Seahawks at home this Sunday. I just can't see the Bears losing this game and I know what some of you will say. You'll say but Icecold didn't the Bears lose to the Seahawks at home in week 6? Yes they did but this Bears team is completely different from the one that lost in week 6. Since the bye week they are 7-2 and Martz has retooled this offense by running a balanced offense where Cutler isn't throwing 70% of the time.

As a Seahawks fan, I couldn't be happier. Green Bay winning helped out today as well.

What a joke. They should feel fortunate that they were the lucky fucks that drew Seattle in the first round. And they still blew it.

You think?

You'll say but Icecold didn't the Bears lose to the Seahawks at home in week 6?

 I didn't even know that.

You think?

Even though they pulled an upset against the Saints, I just can't see the Seahawks coming into Chicago especially after such an emotional win and beating the Bears on their home turf. Maybe the Saints are more talented than the Bears but the Bears have a better defense and a more balanced offense than the Saints. The Saints were a one dimensional team that day, they knew they had no running game so they took to the passing game. Brees had 60 pass attempts, which is a recipe for disaster because to win in the playoffs you have to be able to run the ball and play strong defense and I believe that the Bears can do just that.

well anything can happen but the Bears should win over the Seahawks but those Seahawks have a lot of confidence and that can carry you sometimes

Here's mine...

Saints over Seattle
Colts over Jets
Ravens over Chiefs
Packers over Eagles
:2 cents:

Well 2 out of 2, :dunno:

Here's my picks this week:
Steelers over Ravens (Better defense, better offense, plus at home = no brainer)
Falcons over Packers (Very close, but Ryan wins at home...besides those 2 times)
Bears over Seahawks (Hawks luck will run out)
Pats over Jets (See above note)
:2 cents:
I guess I'm going with all home teams?

How is Denver any different than Carolina based on that? :dunno:

Kyle Orton is a legit QB (he only took a backseat to Tebow because Denver wasn't going anywhere)
Pass Yds 3653
TD 20
Yds/Game 281.0
QB Rating 87.5

Now, I will agree with you on the RB situation.

The Broncos have great WRs, and great QB, and decent O-line (though, it needs to improvement), and good RBs.

John Fox just needs to fix the defense.

The Broncos are giving Fox a fresh start, and just because he had some bad seasons with Carolina, that doesn't mean he can't coach. We've all seen what he can do with bad talent. I think he could turn Denver around too.
