English Premiership Thread 2010/11

ibrahimovic signed with AC milan on loan with an option to buy next summer... then they signed Robinho... pretty amazing strike force..

also im really impressed with birmingham city signing hleb, great signing.. cant believe he went there.

:o The last I read was Ibrahimovic's agent saying he was staying at Barca  like maybe 3 days ago? :dunno: I had no idea he left...

I agree about Hleb to Birmingham City. He could really thrive there because, well, he hasn't played much since he left the Goons....he's fresh!

Is anyone surprised by the mass exodus at Liverpool? They must really be in the financial shithole  How are they even going to secure a top 8 spot this season? :dunno:

This is a good point, but I can't really see Brum City or Fulham jumping them in the table. I think they'll finish 7th, as I don't see my Villans finishing ahead of them either. Unless we get Gregorio Manzano to manage the club :D

Can Arsene Wenger refuse to make Theo Walcott available to the English National team? I am serious. Every fooking time he goes off to national duty he comes back with an injury and we lose him for atleast a month, usually longer :mad::mad::mad:

Brother Goons...what do we do as an attack formation? Do we go with Chamakh and Arshavin? Vela as the only striker sub

Do we go midfield...

Rosicky -- Cesc--Song--Eboue? or Nasri -- Cesc -- Song--Denilson?

This weekend: Everton-Manchester U.

Let's hope the Toffee's will winn (from my point of view), but Rooney is playing his old club, I hope he has mercy for Everton.

it should be a intresting everton united game rooney is going to get a very rough ride off the everton fans he will either go mad and get sent off or score a few

oops more dropped points for united thats a shame . as the mighty chelsea roll on nicely who new the bison of sw6 could score with his head well done essien lad

Chelski are head and shoulders ahead of everyone else. Only a healthy and on form Goons can take them down.

I thought Man City was a lock for a Top 4 spot...now, I'm not so sure

om3ga

It's good to be the king...
Liverpool have keeper Pepe Reina's heroics to thank for salvaging them a point against Birmingham.
Birmingham 0 - 0 Liverpool

After enduring Birmingham v Liverpool today, I think that Hodgson has got one hell of a job on his hands - 'Pool were definitely below par....

^
Did you see Hleb play? Was he solid?

Will Liverpool sell Torres in January? I would guess that ownership would sell him to save their economic hides...

I didn't see Hleb - heard he was out due to an ankle injury.

Zlatan, Robinho, Pato, Ronaldinho and Boriello, I didn't miss anyone, did I?

Yup, that's a pretty amazing strike force but they still lost to Cesena.
Just like Juventus, Milan has some deep issues.

Gave up 2 goals in the last 15 minutes or so to Stoke. Sound familiar? It looks like we could be on our way to a 10th place finish.

Why the hell do we still have Emile Heskey. We shoulda sold him last year when his stock was high cuz he was an England regular, and everyone was vastly overrating him.

strange weekend of football chelsea lost to city united only just draw at bolton and arsenal got beat at home to west brom still top thank fuck
