Watching the game now. Good to see the NL on top.

Whew...RA Dickey just made it out of the inning without a problem.

This thread died pretty quick, figured I'd bump it with a hilarious Onion Sports story...

Kevin Youkilis Takes Out Full-Page Ad In 'Juggs' To Thank All The Trim In Boston

BOSTON—Former Red Sox infielder Kevin Youkilis took out a full-page advertisement in Juggs on Monday thanking "all the trim in Boston" for being "the absolute greatest cooch in the world." "Dear Gash of Boston: For the past eight years, I have loved every minute I spent dipping my wick inside hot, wet snatch from Braintree to Cambridge and pounding that puss like crazy," the ad, which featured text wrapped around an image of Youkilis flicking his tongue between his index and middle fingers, read in part. "I will always cherish the time I spent deep-dicking your slits and tonguing your clits. Thank you from the bottom of my rock-hard cock, Kevin Youkilis, 69." Youkilis, who returned to Fenway Park this week for the first time since being traded to the White Sox, pretended to hump his baseball cap as he took the field Monday, all the while urging Red Sox fans to show their support by "flashing [him] some beaver."

those players arent from 2003, those are players who were my favorite throughout my childhood (sad that those were the better players during those years). I went to probably 10 games or so in '03, a lot of those players still clinging around in majors like Pena, Inge, Santiago (only current tiger), Cody Ross, Fernando Rodney and I think Andres Torres is still around somewhere

Dempster said no to the deal

I think he'll end up going somewhere though. He'll be a free agent at the end of the year, so he could come back to Chicago if he wanted to.

Non-waiver deadline's in a little less than 2 hours. Not much going on so far, as a few of the big names have already been moved (Greinke, Ramirez), but it looks like Philly's gonna sell off the non-essential pieces in hopes of a quick off-season rebuild. They've (apparently) already shipped Victorino to the Dodgers and Pence to the Giants. Apparently they aren't dealing Cliff Lee. Same goes for Beckett in Boston. I'm not a phillies fan, but as of right now, they're the only team doing jack shit.
