Finally someone realizes Billy Butler's talent. The dude is a beast who can mash. Hes always been a consistent .300 hitter, hes still young and a lot of hits that were doubles in the past are now becoming homers. Hes the next Edgar Martinez. I can't wait until he becomes the player that he truly can be. Always been underrated.

Cool, I'll watch out for Butler, The Royals are in Toronto for four games to start July. Right on, Edgar Martinez he was rad.

"2B - Aaron Hill (ARI) (that trade for Kelly Johnson is not looking good right now)"

I'm pumped for Hill, he was a free agent after 2011, and he wasn't going to sign back with the Jays. He needed a change of scene.
I like Johnson, strikes out a tonne, but he gets some clutch hits and him and Escobar turn some nice double plays.

enjoy Butler while he is with the Royals, since he is there most trade able player i expect him to get dealt for rotation help this july. they have plenty of hitters in KC but the need pitching help

He deserves to be on the team-hopefully, Ron Washington will pick him for the team. He can mash!!

How the fuck is Pierzynski not an all-star? He has better numbers than Mauer, Wieters, and Napoli. What a joke, I hope Peavy gets in as well because he's having a great year so far

Jays are lookin at Garza. Anybody know what the asking price is?

That rumor has been going around for at least a couple of weeks. I wish they'd pull the trigger on the deal and get it again. The Cubs could use some prospects, and Garza is overpaid and way overrated. I've never been a fan of his since he came to Chicago. He's not a dominant strikeout pitcher, he's only won more than ten games three times in his ten year career, and he very rarely pitches deep into games.

I'd like to dump Dempster as well while he still has some trade value left. He's not getting any younger, and he doesn't have very many good years left in him. The Cubs aren't going anywhere this year and are still in the process of rebuilding, so why not dump him for some younger players? As always, I'd be willing to just give Alfonso Soriano to another team. Pay half his salary for a couple years, do whatever it takes, but get him the fuck out of Chicago. He's fucking useless.

i would suspect that Garza's price depends on how much of his contract the Cubs have to pay. i figure 2 or 3 legit and soon to be ready prospects.
the longer you hold out before dealing the more you will get especially this year with that extra wildcard spot.

The Second-Hottest Man in my Mother's Basement
It's been a disappointing season for the Jays so far. I was hoping for a little more from them in terms of wins, but I guess the injuries have been pulling down an already weak bullpen recently. Man, we could have used Darvish.

Skinny Cecil pitched a solid 6 tonight, and good job Jays bullpen holding down the save against a tough Royals offense. I don't want to see the Jays give up too much to try to get a wildcard spot. Their schedule for August and September looks rough. Win on lose, they are playing some exciting action packed games and have been fun to follow.

Wow, how awesome is Salvador Perez? I'd like to see him in a Cardinal uniform in the future. I love Yadi but Perez is just a beast.

Tim Lincecum officially sucks balls. The Giants better count their lucky stars that they didn't sign him to a long term deal. Signing Cain was definatley the better move. Smoke more weed Tim, seriously smoke more weed.

I was told that the since the off season the Giants cut Tim off weed. So yes, get back on the bong already Tim!

I think the Mets are doing much better than I could have expected. Surprisingly I'm enjoying the season. It is like playing with the house's money.

yeah the Mets are playing with house money and who would have thought the Pirates would be in first or the Red Sox and Phillies would look this bad
