You think performing on home turf is just too much pressure for some of these athletes? I don't know for sure, but I was told Canada has more 4th and 5th place finishes than any other country. And how many top ranked teams/athletes did we see fall out of the medal round or fail to win Gold when they were expected to dominate? We could easily be in the mid 20's right now in regards to total medals. I'm still proud of our athletes, but this has been a disappointing Olympics so far.

Though Canada specialises in finishing fourth, and not only at home.
