Depends on the temperature, humidity, windchill. There are a lot of factors in how the snow falls and stay. Sometimes it may be big and fluffy and light to shovel, other times, it's falls fast and packs down and is a task.

Hockey is a Canadian sport. It could be argued that it originated from Russia but it started here. Us Canucks invented basketball also. As for the CFL, don't know. All I know is they play with bigger balls.

As far as i know, the Canadian Football ruleset is an old tradition in Canada - the Grey Cup (our Superbowl cup equivalent) is one of the oldest sport tradition in Canada.
While the NFL is more popular than CFL over here, the CFL is a solid canadian league economically. I guess the ruleset is there by tradition. All the best canadian players are in the NFL anyway :tongue:.
I think that we also have NFL-like ruleset for college football... and CFL-like for universitary football...

By the way, a friend of mine lives in New York and he says that on your beer it doesn't say the percentage of alcohol, but it's like 3% typically. Here in Canada the standard is 5% usually.
However, my favourite beer is good ol' American MGD, which is 4.7% here.
