2010 Olympics in Vancouver thread

Bloodbath, really? Man, you should get a reality check, and better hurry up!

I don't know how much hockey you've watched in your life, but I've had season tickets to an NHL team for several years, played since I was 5, and have relatives that are pro. That was the greatest period of hockey I've ever seen in my life. I've never been more proud of American hockey than today. I feel like this is the reincarnation of '80, and Herb is going to say to 'em, "you better not fuck this up," because they better win come Sunday.

Canada wins the short track (my favorite event - outside of Hockey, of course) and gets the gold and bronze. Good job. You guys are getting some good medals in the last couple days. :hatsoff:

Nice work on short track! Thsnk Bloodshot for pointing it out!

We're at 20 medals now. Not as nice as we hoped, but respectable. plus, we have more golds than the Americans.

But world peace to all. :)

Why is it that Apollo was disqualified for a touch and Hamblien was not for his touch on the Korean skater...HMM!

oh shit now we have a game

OMG Joannie Rochette is so hot!!! I stayed up late just so I could watch her interview again on the late night Olympic show. I was so happy when she took a medal, but then again, the whole world was cheering for her.

Vote for Mariah Milano for Missfreeones.:)

Canada made it to the Hockey-final..yeahh.

At the end it was close, maybe they already thought about the big final.

Good luck on Sunday Canada!

When USA wins the gold medal on Sunday, I will most certainly be purchasing a Ryan Miller USA jersey ASAP. :yesyes: He's a cool dude too, interviews are always calm and collected. No wonder he is the best goalie in the world at this very moment! :hatsoff:
