The Prime Minister of israel Benjamin Netanyahu

Here's an extremely simple thought exercise: If Israel's enemies were to lay down their arms and declare peace there would be peace. If Israel did the same, there'd be no Israel.

One could say that the state of Israel was founded in the wrong place.

They live in Arab soil.

Good Lord, asshead. You are a stupid, anti Semitic, cocksucker.

Rey C.

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
They should be grateful for you because without you there would be no Israel.

Thanks for reminding me. But damn, you really know how to hurt a guy.

There aren't that many issues where I agree with Pat Buchanan. But on this topic, we are (or were) pretty well locked at the hip... unless he's recently been beaten down and been coerced to change his opinion on mandated by law :)mad:) U.S. give-aways to Israel (at the expense of the American taxpayer). And just so this doesn't get spun into some sort of red herring anti-Semitism debate (a tactic only matched by INSTANT claims of misogyny whenever an issue involving women pops up in these days of political correctness and speech policing), I am opposed to most all forms of extraordinary foreign aid and unnecessary military campaigns and spending. So it's not just Israel. I'd slap down most all of the outstretched beggars' hands from our pockets and wallets.

If you have something extra to give someone in (true) need, then fine. But the last time I looked at a Treasury accounting (in the last week or so), this nation was in severe debt and will be running deficits til the day I die... and then some. So we don't have anything extra to give. And so riddle me this: why in the fuck are we borrowing money from China to give away to Israel (or whomever), actually paying THEM interest on that money, and all the while we're allowing our infrastructure, roads, bridges, utilities and schools to crumble here???!!! What kind of retarded monkey shit is this?! :hairpull:

Maybe American Jews have large a influence and they work for Israel which is understandable because many Arabs want to kill them and take over Israel.

Innocent and Gone: Israeli Strike on Gaza Kills Four Children
By Ayman Mohyeldin and Paul Ziad Nassar

GAZA CITY - The terrible human toll from the nine-day Gaza conflict was laid bare Wednesday when four Palestinian boys from the same family were killed as they played football on a beach.

Three other children were wounded – one of them critically - in the attack, which appeared to be from Israeli naval shelling near the port area of Gaza City.

There were scenes of anguish at the nearby al-Shifa hospital as the parents of the victims learned of the attack. “My son! My son!” cried the mother of one of the boys.

The attack - and its heartrending aftermath – was witnessed by NBC News. Moments earlier, the boys were playing soccer with journalists on the beach.

The four victims were named as Ahed Atef Bakr and Zakaria Ahed Bakr, both 10 years old, Mohamed Ramez Bakr, 11, and Ismael Mohamed Bakr, 9.

Zakaria’s father rushed to the hospital after hearing of the attack only to learn that his son had been killed. “He was my only son ... he died with his cousins, they all died together,” he told NBC News.

“We live by the coast. There was a headline on the news that four children were injured ... so we went looking for the kids and we could not find them, so we came here to the hospital to look for them and we found them all, including my son ... oh my God.”

Ashraf al-Qidra, spokesman for the Gaza Health Ministry, said: "This is a cowardly crime.”

"When the first shell hit the land, they ran away but another shell hit them all," said Abu Hassera, 22, whose shirt was stained with blood. "It looked as if the shells were chasing them," he told Reuters.

Israel’s military has warned tens of thousands of Palestinians to leave their homes as the conflict escalates, raising fears that a full ground invasion of Gaza is imminent. However, many do not heed the warnings because Hamas dismisses them as psychological propaganda – and because it is not immediately clear where Palestinians are supposed to go while the entire Gaza Strip is under threat of Israeli airstrikes.

The Gaza beach area has been shelled frequently since Israel began its offensive in the enclave on July 8 following a surge in Palestinian cross-border rocket strikes.

Wednesday's strikes brought the Palestinian death toll in the nine-day conflict to 213 – including 43 children – with 1,600 wounded, according to Hamas.

On the Israeli side, one man was killed Tuesday and several people were wounded - the first death in the Jewish state since the fighting erupted on July 8. The Israeli victim, Dror Hanin - who was killed by a mortar shell near the Erez crossing - was expected to be buried later Wednesday.

Hamas officially told Egypt Wednesday that it has rejected the propose truce, but Tuesday’s volley of rockets into southern Israel had already dashed hopes of a cease-fire.

Alastair Jamieson and Alexander Smith contributed to this story from London, Yael Factor from Tel Aviv

Israel accepted a cease fire proposal from Egypt but Hamas rejected it and keeps firing rockets into Tel Aviv.

What else needs to be said?

Israel: Please stop firing rockets at us.

Hamas: Please stop existing.

What shocked me was that te peace plan elobarated by Eggyp was agreed by Israel but rejected by Hamas.

I mean, it's Egypt, they can't be accused of being pro-Israel -like the US could. The death toll is something like 200 Palestinians for 1 Israeli but stil they don't want peace. They want to keep fighting.
The peace plan proposed by Egypt was that both Israel and Hamas would cease fire. Israel was OK, Hamas said no, they wanted Israel to cease fire first, then they would discuss about ceasing fire...

These people don't want peace between Israel and Palestine. They don't want the palestinian people to live happy in peace. They want to destroy Israel and they would sacrifice their people to do so. They would sacrifice every living palestinian to fight against Israel, even if they have no chance to win.

And the worst thing is that, because the Palestinian suffer the repercusions of Hamas agressions Israel, because of the many missiles fired by Tsahal to target Hamas leader, because these missiles kill many innocent people just 'cause these leaders have their HQ in the middle of people's houses, they think Israel is attacking them, they feel Israel want them dead. So they vote for candidates that are decidec to retaliate against Israel, that is to say Hamas : The Palestinian Legislative Council -palestnian equivalent of the US Senate) has 132 members, 74 of them are from Hamas :brick:

Proof that Hamas doesn't give a shit about the well-being about the palestinian people :

Mortars Fired From Gaza During Humanitarian Cease-Fire

Mortar shells were fired at Israel during a five-hour cease-fire today, Israeli military officials said, the latest salvo in the 10-day conflict between Hamas and Israel that has left 227 dead.

The sides were slated to participate in the cease-fire from 10 a.m. local time ( 3 a.m. EST) until 3 p.m. (8 a.m. EST). But after about two hours of temporary calm, sirens sounded in southern Israel, followed by at least three mortar shells from Gaza, Israeli authorities said.
The cease-fire was planned for humanitarian purposes.

"This humanitarian window is meant to allow the civilian population of the Gaza Strip to engage in resupply for their humanitarian needs," a previous statement from the Israel Defense Forces stated.
"Should the humanitarian window be exploited by Hamas or other terror organizations for the purpose of launching attacks against Israeli civilian or military targets the IDF will respond firmly and decisively," the statement said.

Israel's response to the situation is not yet known. No injuries were immediately reported.
Earlier, the Israeli military says it thwarted an attack by 13 Gaza militants who sneaked into Israel through a tunnel.

Lt. Col. Peter Lerner, a military spokesman, says the militants were identified some 820 feet inside Israel and were struck by Israeli aircraft. Lerner said the military believed at least one militant was killed in Thursday's strike. He says the remaining fighters appeared to have returned to Gaza through the tunnel.
This was the second time militants infiltrated Israel from Gaza. Last week Israel killed four militants who entered from the sea.

The willingness of Israel to halt its attack came after four Palestinian boys playing on a Gaza beach were killed by Israeli fire. Israel, which has contended that Hamas hides its rocket launchers and arsenals in populated areas, said it would look into the circumstances of the boys' deaths.

President Obama said Wednesday that "we've all been heart broken by the violence" that has "men, women and children caught in the crossfire."
The president said the U.S. "will use all of our diplomatic relationships to support closing a deal on a ceasefire."

There was no indication that Israel or Hamas, the militant group that controls Gaza, were willing to agree to a permanent ceasefire that had been proposed by Egypt earlier this week. Israel had halted its attacks for several hours earlier this week, but resumed its military campaign after Hamas fired dozens of rockets at Israel.
All but one of the people killed in the conflict are Palestinians, many of them civilians and children, according to Gaza health officials. At least 1,685 people have been injured in Gaza since fighting broke out last week, the health officials said.

The battle has broken a two-year lull in hostilities between Israel and Hamas and was triggered by the slaying of three Israeli teens and revenge burning death of a Palestinian teen. Angry protests escalated to rocket launches and retaliatory air strikes.

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
Access to Mossad intelligence for one.

This is somewhat true, but more importantly, Israel will torture to get what they want....and since that is absolutely appalling to our government, we just pay someone else to do it. They'll also assassinate, and make enemies disappear. There's also the possibility that we aren't really paying them for intel, or giving them aid, but paying them to keep them from nuking all of their neighbors, and kicking everyone's ass. Which is actually pretty stupid, because this war is cost to many lives, and to many dollars, and it needs to stop!

I tried to rep you Rey, but it wouldn't let me. You are a 100% correct. We have more people in this country living below the poverty, thenwe should, but we can afford to help Africa, and Israel?! THAT'S BULLSHIT! The part that confuses me the most is this...in the past, every time we've had a war, the economy exploded, and jobs were there for the choosing...but now, what...at least a decade latter, we're STILL circling the drain, and more people then ever are unemployed.

It seems that the American people are being deceived.

The next time someone says, "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother", you'll know it came from a Chicago lawyer who was looking for a free ride willing to drive over the corpses on the south side of town to get donations from the zombies on the north side of town.

Every one of the "civilised" countries must do his part to help people from poor countries.

Because we have this in our streets...
