No, I'm not a liar. I'd stated that I don't watch it. And for the most part, I don't (I reserve 99.9% of my football viewing for Saturdays in the fall). But that doesn't mean that I don't follow it, at least a little bit. I mean, I read online accounts of what happened and I read the paper and I check the standings from time to time. Which is more than I do for pro basketball, pro hockey, and most of all major league baseball. I've never tried to come across as some sort of expert on the NFL, 'cause that is something that I most certainly am not. But I usually have a general idea of which teams are the better teams, which teams are the worse teams, and which ones are the mediocre teams. I know, for example, that the New York Giants and the Tennessee Titans are the top seeds in their respective conferences this playoff season, and that the Detroit Lions finished winless on the year. I also know that there was some controversy about the Arizona Cardinals and the San Diego Chargers even making the playoffs this year, and that both those teams went out and won their first playoff game, anyway. So I know a little about what's going on. Just don't ask me who's coaching which team or who lead the league in rushing this year or whom the starting quarterback for the Houston Texans is or anything like that 'cause I probably won't know. But I know which teams are still in the playoffs and I am curious to find out which teams make it to the Super Bowl. I don't have to watch the league all that closely to know those things.

I'm the same way with hockey and the NBA. I don't go out of my way to watch the games, but I do enjoy reading the outcomes and stats.

But I'm certainly not going to answer that question when you've asked it, unless and until you demand an answer to the same question posed to your online lover, "titsrock." I still have no idea why you post so much in this particular thread other than to pick a fight with youngguns. You have said that you don't follow the NFL closely, by your choice, so, therefore, what information/insight/opinion will you provide us here to enlighten us? Or do you think by posting here You Might somehow get lucky with a "moment of brilliance"?:dunno: Needles are found in haystacks too, I suppose.

I have no idea what the fuck you're rambling about here. I haven't called you any name Luv. I may have called your opinions laughable in the college football thread. Feel free to go dig out the posts that have my namecalling in them and bring them back for me to refute/retract.

You're an even bigger idiot than I thought, and I already thought you were a pretty big idiot, so that's saying something. I'd like you to point out where I was "picking a fight" with your homosexual online lover. Point that out to me. I posted a general comment about the NFL and the Mannings and he decided to inform me that I WOULD be watching Eli win the Super Bowl. I answered him that I would not be, 'cause if Eli Manning is in this year's Super Bowl then I won't be watching it. So tell me where I'm "picking on" your homosexual online lover? You can't because I wasn't. Simple as that, whether yours and his peabrains can see that or not.

I made the comment after you had posted 10 posts all launching various attacks in a thread where you claim you don't really care about. Is it really worth your time to launch into a jihad against the idea of a Manning playing in the Super Bowl?

o-line did fine...kevin smith had no problem running behind that line...the defense, for sure...but they need to draft a franchise QB...culpepper isnt going to play another 4-5 seasons
