So Peyton Manning has been eliminated by the San Diego Chargers yet again, eh? And this when the Chargers entered the playoffs as the first 0.500 team since the '85 Browns, and with the Colts coming in with a 9-game winning streak. And the Cards won their first home playoff game in 61 years despite having lost most of their recent regular season games by some ugly scores. Maybe it makes sense to include seemingly crappy division winners in the NFL playoffs, after all. I'm just glad one of the Mannings is gone from this year's playoffs. All I need is for another team to eliminate the other one either next weekend or the one after that, and then maybe I'll watch a little of the Super Bowl, after all.

The way some people talk, the only two people in the NFL who know how to play quarterback at a true NFL level are those two guys. They're both good players, but any time I see either one of them on my TV screen (no matter WHAT the context) I simply change channels, and QUICKLY. As for hearing about it for the next year...first of all, Eli hasn't won anything yet, this season, and second of all, if he does? I'll simply ignore anything making any reference to him or to his homo brother for the next 9 months, just as I usually do. Simple "problem," simple solution.

No, I'm not, as I posted before. Obviously you don't read my posts very closely. I care VERY, VERY little for the NFL (indeed, ALL pro sports) these days. Saying that I'm "missing out" on watching the NFL these days is like telling me that I'm "missing out" while not watching the World Cup of Cricket. How can I be "missing out" when I don't care about the players or the games to begin with? Answer: I can't be. You go 'head and watch as much of those overpaid whiners that you want to. I won't be joining you 'cause I have PLENTY of better things to do with my life than that. Too bad YOU don't.

yeah the number of times the cards where offsides and not called is mind boggeling. the chargers offense needs to give thier first post season checks to the punter and the special teams without them the chargers would hhave lost. sproles deserves a double check
