Joey is a Cotdam Mexican-American Treasure. At the Velvet household, "What's for Supper?" is a frequently asked question. When I have no answer I'll check to see what Joey enjoyed eating on his last YouTube review and suggest it to the wife. I hope Joey can help me with my Valentine's Day Supper plans.

Well, it's about that time again. What time, you ask? Suppertime! Actually post Suppertime, post brushing my teeth, and post pinching off a loaf? OK, OK, back to Suppertime. Tonight for Supper I had the mighty 24 Oz XXXL Fatburger. You know where I got it from? FATBURGER! My favorite burger place in the whole wide world. When I get a burger the most important thing is the meat. Not only were there 3 half-pound patties but those patties were delicious and juicy.

Dino, I want you to take pics with your own little camera. I think that would be super awesome. Screw these yelp assholes. Time for you to one up em.

Papa John's large regular crust sausage and pepperoni. $7.99. The garlic butter dipping sauce for the crust is excellent.

Sure was good.

The wife made some sort of vegetarian chick pea chili. It had chick peas, zucchini, diced tomatoes, onion, and god knows what else.

Then she browned a pound of ground beef, with taco mix, for me to add to mine.

It was very good. The vegetarian version would be a good side dish for me. It would go great with pork chops.

Just came back from the store with the herbs for Whitedevel's sauce recipe (thanks dude). Tomorrow will be my shut in day to make it. I had bought some blade steaks earlier and tried one of them. Too tough so I will use the other 2 to drop into the sauce instead of the ground beef to make use of them. Hopefully they will soften up and fall apart. That sauce will be carried into the week.

Today is a stuffed pork chop with the help of Whitedevil's herbs. I also picked up 5 huge baked potatoes for a buck. 1 for the chop and the rest are skins for Super Bowl. Tomorrow I'm taking my brother to see Dr. Dirty at The Chance in Poughkeepsie so dinner will be at Morty's for a corned beef sammish and their ass kicking knishes. That's why the sauce won't be used tomorrow. If I fuck it up on Saturday I can correct it on Sunday while preparing... I don't know what else for the game.

It'll be fine, cook it over a low flame, for a longer time, and add the herbs and spices a little at a time. Remember, you can add more, but you can't take it back out. Cut the steak into med.-sm. sized cubes, it'll fall apart, in the sauce. It would work well in chili to. I always put cubed beef and pork in my chili.

Problem solved. Whitedevil sauce will be used for sausage and peppers. Picked up some sage sausage yesterday. I freeze what I don't eat from my good bread and this would be a nice time to break some out. Not gonna make sammiches. Just make the bread into a scoopy finger food kind of thing. I hate eating shit that is messy.

Last night I went to Taco Bell and ordered a lot of stuffs including the new Naked Chicken Chalupa. I didn't roll through the drive-thru naked like Joey did. Too cold.

I tried it last week and was unimpressed. A seasoned chicken patty with the veggies inside. Blah. Last month's promotion with that double stuffed thing was way better.

Whitedevil sauce was great. I didn't do any experimenting other than adding those tough steaks. They did break down. Slow and low is the way to go. The other thing is that I bought some sage sausages to toss in towards the end. Those sausages tasted like dirt. Luckily it didn't spoil the sauce. My Superbowl was complete. Tater skins, Hebrew National dogs and dippin' good bread into Whitedevil sauce. Thanks dude.

Good deal dude. If I add sausage, I add it at the end. It tends to make the sauce greasy, even if you fully cook the sausage, and drain it. I like to boil my sausage in an inch of water, with a lot of garlic, and onion powder, until it's got a greyish color, then I brown it in the pan. If you want, I'll get my chili recipe together for you...I think you'll like ti. Unless you have a killer recipe already, if you do please share it.

That chick pea chili my wife made, was recycled tonight. She added chicken broth, white rice, and boneless chicken thighs, and made a hell of a casserole.

Oh yeah, disregard the question in wills thread...but you should still vote for me! :D
