Why are people reluctant to admit the current commander and chief of the armed forces directed said armed forces in such a way that they captured OBL?
Is this President Obama's accomplishment alone? no. Certainly President GW Bush had some impact on this as well. And while I am loath to admit he did anything right, it was GWB's actions while in office that facilitated the demise of Osama BL.
Overall, I think we need to acknowledge that this was a collective effort which included both the previous AND current administration, and the armed forces. Good work to the badasses that actually did the raid, by the way.
A collective effort by all involved. The end result is that a very bad guy is now out of the picture. That's a great big fucking win for America (and many others). Sounds like something we should fight about, and turn into a petty, partisan argument, doesn't it?
