He's making $9.2 million dollars a season to play there. More than Crosby and he's 1/4th the talent.
I really wonder how the KHL stays in business sometimes. If that's the amount of money they give to mid-tier talent, I would love to see the money they would thow at an NHL superstar if the lockout occurs. Either way, Radulov is never coming back to the NHL, and I doubt anyone will miss him.

Thank god, I was prepared to disown my Red Wings if they signed Jagr!! I hate that guy, saluting the crowd, home or away after scoring a goal, I think/thought that was so chauvinistic/cocky, that I just never liked the guy, and I cringe everytime the Wings are linked to acquiring him..
Yes, I think Suter will be a Red Wing, he'd be getting 13 yrs / 90 million.. I don't think anybody is offering more than that, + he'd be the # 1 D-man in Detroit, (until he recruits Shea Weber to come to Detroit next July 1) and he'd be playing for a 1st class organization, that is dedicated to winning, they know how to draft so they remain competitive without getting high draftpicks, and he'd be playing for an original 6 teams thats won 4 Stanley cups in the last 15 years, he'd be playing in the Winter Classic @ the Big House playing in front of 115,000 + fans, not to mention, the national exposure from that game alone.
I think there just crossing the T's and dotting the I's... and I am sure he'd be making plenty of bonus salary if he puts up certain #'s and the further Detroit advances in the playoffs Suters paycheck would get nicer as well.. thats just my :2 cents: I hope its the Red Wings that have won his services, if not, I think I'll die..

The Wings (We) need to get better and YOUNGER talent. We're an old team. This might help.
Oh you're one of those Wings fans. Detroit doesn't win every year so it's all on the goalie.
You know Vernon and Osgood both won cups, right? And you're using them as an example of failure?? Vernon won a Conne Smythe for fucks sake. Osgood is a (probably undeserved) hall of famer. Howard has won at least 35 games every year he's been the starter. But ya, let's trade him.
