that's a little harsh, but yeah, he hasn't really impressed me at all. too bad Ruutuu's hurt, because carolina would probably like to have Corvo back (they always do). they should just throw a crazy ass trade a Nashville for Weber. Can you imagine him and Chara on the line on the PP? of course that'll never happen though.

That was some good shit.. me & my Bro were driving back from ohio talking Red Wings and who they might get @ or before the deadline and my Bro gets a text from one of his hockey buddies that Detroit picked up Kyle Quincey via Tampa Bay from Colorado for Steve Downie!!! I was like HELL YEAH!!! I was a big KQ fan before the Red Wings waived him a few years back. they had too many guys and they dumped Quincey as a result, nonetheless, I was PISSED @ the time... Now the DUMBA$$ of the year award goes to the Colorado Avalanche for trading a young tough stud D-Man for a timebomb by the name of Steve Downie!!! Dumb fucking move IMO there's no sanity involved if you ask me, WHY would colorado do that??

Thats questionable.. not too diss you TSW.. Milan Lucic is a tough guy no doubt, the toughest IDK? :surprise: again not saying he's not tough in his own right, but I bet you there are guys Milan Lucic wants no part of... I am not gonna name names, cuz I don't know any in particular to point out, I don't watch the EAST very often and I don't know who he has fought and has not fought.. just saying being tough is one thing, but dropping the gloves tough, I think there are guys in the league even Lucic doesn't want to mess with. :2 cents: just my opinion.
I watch him every game, and I honestly think the only guy he wouldn't want a piece of is the 6'9" behemoth that patrols the blueline behind him. I don't think the article is crowning "an unbeatable fighter" (not that that's what you were saying) but someone who will fight anyone, hit anyone, and get in anyone's (usually more than one at a time) face. Looch does it all with without flinching.

Ok I'll give you that. I was thinking Lucic (if they were on different teams wouldn't want anything too do with Chara..) and yeah I will give the fearless factor of being in anybodies face @ anytime, but I still think there are guys out there that Lucic really doesn't want to mess with, if he does, he's just doing it for his team, but there are guys in the league that would, can wax Lucic all over the ice. again not naming names but its something to keep in mind. Lucic is fearless, just like a bunch of other guys. I like Lucic, I wish he was a Red Wing, so I am not hating on you (your opinion) or Lucic.
just saying some of those polls can be misleading, and there's lots of fearless guys that don't get the exposure or notoriety that Lucic gets, being in that market, and being the defending cup champions. :glugglug::2 cents:Come on it's the Bruins, they are known for having just one defenseman and four forwards on the ice.
Personally I don't get why Columbus hasn't fired their GM yet? He has made this team into the worst in hockey. However, if they let him pull the trigger on a trade with Carter and Nash, I can't imagine anyone would be able to offer more than LA.

I am hearing that Nash and Carter to LA. Richards and Carter reunited. :dunno: I am also hearing that the Sharks are really pushing for Nash cuz he and J. Thorton are great friends & have had great chemistry playing together internationally. :bigear:
You know the anticipation of the deadline is so bad I am willing to give up my entire weekend so its deadline day. :surprise::shocked::eyeso: & anybody that knows me, knows I love my SATURDAYS, so that's saying allot, mainly because the Red Wings are in the market shopping for the right deals!!! They can afford to take on anybody, but, the catch is they prolly wouldn't part with any of there roster players, depends on the deal, I have my heart set on getting Ott. just because he is one of those abrasive guys who will drop the gloves with anybody, & is a great faceoff guy. him or Moen, there's talk they might even go after Selanne. :nanner: I'm so excited!!! I'd love Ott too. He played for the Spitfires and often visits friends in Windsor when he plays Detroit. I'd assume he'd welcome a trade back to the area. Let's cross our fingers.
