Gagne and Kubina both out today. Simon says he feels no after effects of hitting his head on the ice and expects to return when the series goes back to Tampa.

I'm not sure about this game. Again, Canuckers look like the stronger team but Rinne and "the ugliest jerseys in history" are in this. I hope "the ugliest jerseys in history" win, just because I missed the other games.

Rinne has kept them in this - single-handedly.

Rinne should've been a Hart nominee.

Why ? Just because they are missing 2 players ? They managed to win without some important players like Lecavalier during the regular season, so why are they going to lose tonight ? Gagne has had a good playoffs so far but Kubina hasn't been the best Lightning defenseman. He has been ok at best. Randy Jones is going to do a good job replacing him. I'm not worried.

the Capitals are healthy and rested. Knuble is expected back tonight. we aren't either of those.

This year San Jose has a goalie who has proven to be solid in playoffs. Maybe they are feeling more confident with Niemi than they did with Nabokov.

San Jose beat Detroits ass last year. This isn't Detroit being rusty, it's San Jose out playing them.

I will admit one thing.. Niemi is BadA$$ and he always plays well against the Red Wings.. and despite being out played.. Detroit only lost both games by a goal.. I certainly hope the Red Wings play better @ home and even the series up.. if not, I guess the sharks will win again this year.. :dunno:
