I am gonna pose a question to the Vancouver fans, and then secondarily, canadian, and then the rest of the NHL fans can chime in.. What I would like to know, Were the Canucks fans in attendance of game 7 booing Buttman? the Bruins? or both? when he was presenting the post game hardware??? I couldn't necessarily tell who the were so avidly booing, any thoughts about this??? if they were booing Buttman I can understand and sympathize with them, (man I feel sorry for Gary Buttman) one of the most hated men in NHL Hockey..If they were booing the Bruins that was pretty immature and classless IMO. the Bruins won it fair and square.
Another thought crossed my mind thinking about the aftermath of what the Canucks fans did, I am gonna say alcohol, Drugs and young people don't mix very well in large numbers, the British Columbia, Police and the Canadian State police (forgot there official title) should have banned all alcohol in that large zone where everybody gathered. only bad things can happen when things are not sealed as tightly and enforced properly as we witnessed last night. :2 cents::eek:
