Toronto sends forwards Alex Berry and Stefano Giliati to Lightning in exchange for defenseman Matt Lashoff.

Lashoff more like whack off, I remember the Bruins traded him two years ago.

Edmonton Oilers goaltender Nikolai Khabibulin has been found guilty today of driving under the influence, according to Sarah McLellan of the Arizona Republic, who provided live updates from the Scottsdale courthouse where Friday's trial occurred.

The official charges Khabibulin has been convicted of today:

- driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08.

- extreme DUI

- excessive speed

A charge of "DUI with impairment to the slightest degree" was thrown out during the proceedings, according to McLellan.

As reported earlier this year, the "extreme DUI" charge, which means he operated a vehicle with a BAC between 0.15 and 0.20, comes with a minimum sentence of 30 days in jail.

Lohan got out in 2 weeks from a 90 day sentence. he'd better not have to do more than that.

Wild should sign him. If only we signed Modano and re-signed Nolan and added Guerin. :pimpdaddy

:elaugh:

My buddy had to do a week in "tent city" in Maracopa County jail for a DWI and it SUCKS. If you're white and you go in there you are outnumbered like 40 to 1. Have fun Habby. :elaugh:

yes, we got him an d Lundin (who actually looks like he'll be a decent defensmane) for Mark Recchi.

more stuff done by the god awful old ownership.

Actually , Lundin was drafted in the fourth round by the Lightning in 2004. Tampa traded Recchi and a second rounder for Lashoff and Martin karsums. ;)

Sad to hear about Khabibulin and Kariya has to be towards the end of his carrer I hope he is okay and gets to come back I am sure the concussion has something to do with that hit that he took from Scott Stephens in the Stanley Cup Finals

Hey that was Kabibulin's own stupidity and as for Kariya, I hope he gets better and can come back to hockey in some capacity.
