Lol now you're a real basketball player. The only hoop you play with is Jason Williams asshole. Keep calling names though, cool guy. You're super cool. And lol at Williams having an historical past.

It's not a player with a historical past, It's a player from the historical past, meaning a player whose career has concluded in the past as opposed to current players still active in the league. Historical refers to any and and all past events, so by your erroneous interpretation, I would be correct by definition anyways...

And notwithstanding your two back-to-back posts of failed gay humor, I'm surprised you now have such a problem with name calling...I guess you save your best insults for girls like Harley that don't fight back...yeah you're a real class act...cool guy.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah people don't like Jason Williams waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah fucktard I'd beat your ass if you weren't cowering behind a computer screen. Waaaaaaaaaaah I'm fuckin tuff!!!! Ya'll don't know how tough I am!!!!

That's all I read.

Uh oh. Lakers are starting to win.

Boston beats up Brooklyn.

Miami up on OKC.

Clippers going for their 71st consecutive win tonight.

Chicago is actually leading the division with Rose? Respect. Noah for All Star team!!

Actually, the Raptors winning makes that trade more likely. They've won five straight without Bargnani, so it seems like his presence on the court brings the entire team down. They don't need him to win. I'm surprised you are in favour of that, though. Bargnani and Calderon aren't exactly known for their defensive play, so a Nash/Calderon rotation sounds sketchy to me. Personally, I would rather the Raptors not get rid of Calderon until Lowry starts playing like Lowry; Calderon is one of the few players who actually WANTS to be a Raptor, so I've never understood why they want to get rid of him when he is clearly more comfortable playing with the team right now than Lowry is. That said, I really think it is Bargnani's final season in Toronto, though I don't know if Gasol would be too thrilled to come play here.

Raptors are playing themselves out of top 5 lottery selection. Then again with no first round pick it really doesn't matter how well they do I guess.

Second Gasol not being all that keen in coming here. Maybe if Calderon wasn't part of the deal so he had a Countryman to associate with but if the trade did happen it seems to be like it would be a wash out one way or another for the Raptors. It'll give the kids more minutes at least.

If they can turn this winning streak into something more than just a blip on the season, maybe the team will come together and gel like people hoped. If Bargnani gets shipped out it will be a shame but considering how that Draft class at the time was considered fairly week, who knows if any other player would have made a difference for the Raptors or if said player would have stuck around long enough to experience it.

Don't know who else there would have been given the Raptors still had Bosh at the time; they wouldn't have had any need for Aldridge. Rondo's outperformed what scouting predicted and they had Calderon, too. That leaves either Gay or Brandon "FDR has better legs than I do" Roy. :dunno: Take your pick.

The Raptors were seeking a Center even before winning the draft lottery and while Bargnani is listed as a PF, with Bosh around they thought Bargnani could be like Dirk Nowitzki. They were interested in a couple of players. Roy (although not enough to make him #1), they also expressed an interest in Adam Morrison (simply for his scoring potential) and Randy Foye (for his college experience, trade down possibility) Granted if they still allowed players to be drafted out of High School, then Greg Oden would have most likely been their pick. Never know, he may have had better luck in Toronto or his legs would be as good as Roy's are now.

Even when he was drafted, Rondo was considered a bit of a reach and a guy like Paul Millsap gets drafted mid 2nd round. Still that draft saw quite a few guys either flame out or go unsigned all together.

Well, now that the Bears are out - and there's no goddamn NHL this year - I guess I've got no one to watch but my lackluster Bulls. I can't believe I'm already looking forward to baseball season.

Well, well...If anyone can help Charlotte end their 17 game losing streak, the Bulls can. At home in Chicago no less. Good job guys...

I know this is from a different era and can't really compare to today but if the 1995-1996 Bulls could lose to the expansion Toronto Raptors (who halted a 6 game win streak in the process) and still manage to win a paltry 72 games then there is always hope that this year's Bulls will brush off this loss and do what they need to do, without Rose no less.

True. Things can improve. I guess my patience is faltering, especially since they are the only game in town now. Makes for a long winter. Anyway, they can improve a lot. It'll just take a lot of work on both offense and defense.
