Memo to the Red Sox. It's over with Papi. It's been over for awhile, and apparently the Sox Brass are the only ones that haven't figured it out by now.

Lowell should be the DH now. Give Papi his walking papers and start actually getting serious about finding some big boppers.

Phillies over Yankees in the series is my prediction.

My prediction for biggest disappointment is the Dodgers, who will fall from 95 wins last year to 75 this year.
The Rockies will run away with the NL west.
The Giants will finish a distant second.

Yep. Jason Frasor held it down this time around. Hopefully he can keep doing that and refrain from blowing it like he did in the opener. Is Vernon Wells back? I would say no, but he's off to one heck of a start (two games in).

As much as I want to be positive about the Jays this year (and I really want to be), I'm not sure that they can contend with the checkbooks of the Sox and Yankees. The Jays always seem to have a good first-half of the season and a bad second, so I suppose if the Jays can play a full season of competitive baseball I can't complain.

Oh boy do the Astros suck. They are a bad team. The Giants swept em and they never trailed in the series. The Braves should show the true colors of the San Francisco Giants. Watching the end of the Rockies-Brewers game, and hearing the bells and seeing 51 gave me chills. Mr. Hells Bells still doing his thing.

yeah the Bluejays are in a horrid divison for them. But with talent they can compete they just need to remember the wild card is thier friend and injuries can cripple any roster as happend to them last year

That's why the Twins are the best team in baseball. We develop all of these shits and then get rid of them to rich assholes like the Red Sox. Makes the world go 'round.
