Thanks a lot elmwood. I'm very fortunate to have seen 2 World Series Titles and 2 SB Titles by the Cardinals/Packers in my lifetime. You stick by a team you eventually get rewarded. I've spent years of devotion to those teams and i will love them til I die!

I saw on SC this morning that the Cardinals won the WS. Meh. Most of the people I know didn't bother watching any of the games. I know I didn't. I'm still amazed that a team that was ten games out with a month or so to play won it all. Just goes to show that anything can happen once the postseason starts. The Cards peaked at the right time I guess.

As for me, I bought my 2014 World Series tickets today. Game 1 will be at Wrigley Field. Plan accordingly.

Well, I would imagine that most of the people you know are either Cubbie fans or Sox fans so....:dunno:

That being said, if you are truly a baseball fan, you missed perhaps one of the greatest if not the greatest World Series in history. It was really special, and not just because I'm a Cardinal fan. I love great baseball and this one had it all. Hats off to both teams....they gave it everything they had. :clap:
