Such a promotion, that even in the prime-time news you can see a plot about that agiotage at the shops, about queues, and crazy ******** with their parents. and all that toys, stickers, games linked with Harry Potter... Alltogether that makes other parents to think "huh, well, my son is sitting at the PC all day, I always wanted him to read some books... but what could I give him? Now I feel I know!" So I think that most of parents do not give a fuck of how wack Harry Potter is, they are just happy that ***** is reading at least something, not understanding that reading bullshit is the same useless **** as just kicking dicks around. That is the base for such commercial success - parents want to buy it.
