Florida QB getting hurt and the luck continues for UA.
--Clemson. Three ranked opponents in a row, three victories. Why can't this be love?
Well Titsrock you were right, Mississippi State is :baconsalt: :1orglaugh
Big falloff from last year. Too bad, they looked like a team on the rise.
to say the least..i was looking for a lot more..but they have had a rough road...georgia has improved ..and i think the first 2 games let the air out of miss st...but..before the year is over i still say they will beat some teams it dont look like they should beat..if they ever get it together they are not bad...and the luck has worked against them bad..in every game

Unless they slip up, there is no team that SHOULD be able to beat Bama except for LSU this season...
A seriously myopic and SEC-slanted viewpoint whose logic is easily understood. I need to see more of Oklahoma and Wisconsin before I can agree with you. The season is still young....we'll see how things play out.

The only other one that I see that could beat them is Auburn. I know Auburn is really struggling, but as I live in Alabama, I've learned no matter how good one of them is, or how bad the other may be, both teams play the Iron Bowl as if their life depended on the outcome.
2009, the year Alabama won the NC. In Chizik's first year, Auburn was struggling thru that year, but in the Iron Bowl, Alabama trailed for 58 minutes and 36 seconds before finally getting a touchdown and escaping with a 5 point win.
And don't forget Brodie Croyle's last Iron Bowl. Bama was favored, but poor Brodie spent most of the day running for his life and taking 11 sacks!

Congrats to Sparty! Great D! Lousy O, I expected more from Cousins! Bucks are terrible!
I have been saying Wisconsin is underrated and is a top 5 team easily for a minute now, and they are showing it. I really would love to see a cold weather bowl matchup b/t the Badgers and Tide... probably won't happen though.
Clemson is smelling like this years version of last years Auburn. They got a little fight in em' and that coach gets fired up with those guys. Nobody is quick to go play in Death Valley this year.
This week's top 10
1) Stanford
2) Alabama
3) LSU
4) Oklahoma
5) Wisconsin
6) Oregon
7) Clemson
8) Boise State
9) Arkansas
10) Arizona State
Amazing how different they are...
the thing i love about the intense rivalries like Alabama/Auburn edition is that records and statistics go out the window with them, and anything could really happen
Mega, Michigan is looking pretty decent. At the very least they're better than the mediocre Dirk and I predicted. Still a pretty challenging road ahead, although they catch a big break not having to play Wisconsin.
