Is somewhere outhere.
I guess everybody has an excuse for calling the red side of Manchester -
Manure :D

I think Sir Alex will have a lot of work to do with his defense come Xmas
time. He'll be hoping Santa will be leaving him some presents ;)

The pass was just a big hope for the best hoof. But for Jelavic to hit that
first time into the goal was just an opportunist fluke, and if he did mean it,
then it was some effort.Again it's only something you would see from a
Premier League's best, seeing as it was only his first touch of the game.

I think Hearts would have only have given Rangers problems if they had
a couple of half-decent strikers.Tynecastle is a tough place to go,as you
will already know. But I don't know what McCoist is doing at the moment
but he's doing all right in the League so far....long may it continue :)

I think Rangers have been poor this season. I am extremely biased and i see the irony in the first sentence. However they seem to just be scraping through. Again, they are 9 points clear. But if celtic were playing well at the moment, i think they would be causing Rangers huge problems. If they were playing a better side yesterday they would have been dead and burried. Hearts had about 8 good chances that they should have scored.

You were pretty lucky to win last year as well, celtic just handed you the league. The Rangers side last year were pretty poor

If you win though, i guess none of it matters

I'm watching some specialist videos
how about you watch some real football (american football)

Oh dear, we're not going down that road again, are we...

Grid iron is not football. It would be better called handball, as the ball spends most of the time being carried, and is very seldom kicked - just 4th down, Field Goals and extra points. There is even a special player that comes on just to kick the ball.
Even rugby has more foot on the ball than grid iron and therefore has more claim to the name football. :2 cents:

Who cares what the hell it's called. All the players run with the ball, therefore it's FOOTBALL.

Well, as you started this discussion with your comment on watching "real" football - you obviously do.

Actually, gridiron is a bastardised form of rugby (probably rugby league). There are a number of games that call themselves football, including

Association Football (Soccer)
Aussie Rules
Rugby Union
Rugby League
American Football (Gridiron)

They are all "real" football. Of these, Association Football or Soccer is the most popular sport in the world, with over 250 million players in over 200 countries.

Rugby Union and Rugby League are both played around the world.
Aussie rules is stuck in Australia, and Gridiron in the USA.
American football was tried in Europe a few years ago, and it failed. The game is too long and drawn out for European tastes - too much stopping and starting - mostly, it seems waiting around, and not enough action.

Historically, soccer is older, with gridiron coming of the back of that and rugby, so with that in mind, I would have to say that soccer deserves the title of "Real" more than the american derivative of the game.

Then it should be called Run-with-a-ball.

In Football you use your feet and you are not allowed to use your hands.

P.s, i think Larss beat you in this argument

Celtic's defending is just getting sad now. Big Mistakeovic puts it in his own net. Surprise surprise.

Well done lads

This is the worst season i have ever seen in the past 10 years or so. Arguably our best players last season Izaguirre and Hooper. Izaguirre is injured and Hooper can't score to save himself. Kayal has been shite aswell. Add that to a horrible defence and you have a horrific season.

Just play youth players for the rest of the season, it's not like we will win anything anyway with this off form team and possibly a hugely inexperienced manager.

We are in a worse mess than Arsenal. Roll on August 2012

We seem to be a second half team now.

0-1 down at half time in Rennes we score in the second half to secure a 1-1 draw.

In Kilmarnock 0-3 down at half time and it finishes 3-3

Away to hibs 0-1 down at half time. We win 1-4

Why can't we play like that all the time

I think they feel sorry for you lot at half-time,and decide to roll over
and have their tummies tickled in the 2nd half ;)

I don't know if i would rather keep Lennon and win a few games.
Or lose some and get a better manager in for next season. His use of subsitutes is ridiculous. Although better tonight, he seems to bring on people in the last 10 minutes etc. In Rennes he brought on Bangura on the 89th minute. By that stage there isn't any point.

Forrest however is becomeing a great player. MOTM by far tonight, watch the highlights and see him. From a Scottish point of view, having him coming through is great. He is only a little younger than me and i think he deserves a wee bag of sweeties(being so young) after his preformance. Yeah, wee 'Shooders' looks like he will become amazing.

Tonight has been the first time i have enjoyed watching celtic for a long time, we need that kind of confidence from the start

Spurs maintain their winning streak and are 3rd with a game in hand over second placed Man Utd who are just 2 points ahead. COYS! :D
