Eto'o sort of a non-factor against Japan. Lots of diving in this contest. The Japs are good fun though. 'Nother Asian team that loves the States. Kawashima is pretty f-in solid.

I like to watch highlights of the J-League on Fox Soccer Channel here in the States. FSC runs a 30 min wrap up show with the J-League each week when their season is on. My assessment of the J-League is that it is one crazy league Every game has about 5 shots that clank off the goal frame. The Japanese keepers are always diving around trying to save these crazy shots. No Japanese club team plays actual defense ever :rofl: All in all, it might be the most entertaining league around.
So, I'm basically shocked the Japanese were able to put a bagel on the board against Cameroon?? Wut?
Maybe Japan will be the darkhorse team this WC :dunno:
