That was by far the best game so far this world cup! And we played the best soccer so far!
Of course not all teams have been playing so far and Australia wasn't doing much on the field, but yeah it was the most interesting game so far!
Very surprised, but also proud we played that good.
Now I can't wait to see Holland and Spain! Two of my favorites on the title!

What I liked about the Germans is that they didn't stop playing football after the first goal, unlike Argentina and England. Hard to draw any conclusions from the match. The Aussies were atrociously bad. A really poor performance. No way they can survive the group stage, particularly now that Cahill is out. Without Kewell and Cahill, I don't know how they can score goals.
The Germans were really impressive. But that doesn't move them automatically to the top of my list of favorites. I remember too well how the Spaniards used to destroy everybody in the group stage in past World Cups only to crash out against the first real opponent in the knockout rounds.
Germany should be a safe bet for the quarterfinals, though.

agree. Very exciting, not only because of the amount of goals, but because Australia IMO actually played well. Never surrender, from my POV.
yeah, agree. Hunger for glory, hunger for winning, hunger for proving his quality and power. Typical german thinking. What that makes so great in so much areas, not only sports.
i like the vuvuzelas. I mean, i don't think it's a deal THAT big. The good thing it's that they make noise. The bad thing would be a boring silence.

I don't like Germany too much, but they played definetely amazing football yesterday, first really good match in WC, but those stupid vuvuzelas are still ruining everything, no english chorals, no songs from Ghana fans and probably no samba of Brazil fans, just one stupid tone of vuvuzelas. Millions watching tv have to suffer because of fun of few thousands with horns....

BTW, the Ghana-Serbia game was pretty good. I didn't like that hand call at the end for the PK, but what can you do. They had their chances.
Blatant hand ball. Stupid of the player to have done that, but it was a good call from the ref.

Okay I'm kind of disappointed by my Oranje so far! They can do better than that! But the Danish defense is pretty strong against them today!

Well, I think the Netherlands started kind of slow, but they dominated pretty well through the second half. Not a lot of play in their end. And a solid win by 2.
