I think Texas's defense is underrated. I think Bama's is solid, but not spectacular. I think Texas will do enough and figure out ways to score. I think Texas will shut down Bama's run game and force McElroy to pass to win. I think Texas matches up quite well with whatever passing attack Bama will throw at them.

I think my only worry is that Texas is a slow starter on O.....

So is Alabama you have to remember Alabama will settle for feild goals remeber the Tennessee and Ole Miss game if Texas offense gets off to a fast start and Bama does not we could be looking at a halftime score of 21-3 or 17-7 in favor of Texas.:dunno:

I think it will be 10-7 Texas at halftime....lots of missed opptys by Texas to BLOW OUT Bama in the first half...:glugglug:

But...I still think it will be 24 - 14 Texas. A close, tight game. I don't know how much offense Texas really has to score a ton of points. Maybe they'll pull out a few trick plays:dunno:

As much as I want to be a Big 12 homer..... I just can't. Texas hasn't given me a reason to pick them over Alabama. Besides QB edge, I can't find anyhing that gives Texas the advantage.

Congratulations to mother-fucking Alabama. I'm going to watch some Seinfeld reruns instead of the second half of this bullshit. We have no chance without Colt McCoy....period. If Colt was in there, those first two drives would have been TDs. We had Alabama on their heels and now we're fucked. Goddammit what a fucking way to lose.
