colt McCOY has not took a snap one....against a defence like bama has got...he bout popped like a pimple when crippled okl..rocked his world.....you dont need refs help when your playing high school teams all year...the only game he has won this year was okl...and they was banged up???.........and all of lsu star players was hurt.....i noticed that to...they toated a lot of yellow guys off the field...i dont like seeing nobody get hurt but if you try to match power against alabama.....or qb trys to play superman (tebow)...shit happens

I think someone needs to go back to grammer school and learn the English language all over again.

I don't understand why your arguing about if Bama is better than texas clearly they are ranked higher and the BCS is a fair and accurate projection of how good a college football team is even though they schedual Chattagonna, oooooohhhhhh that's going to be a tough game.

So you would lose to a team that won zero games last season? great goal to have. If you wanna be USC then give up your #2 ranking and go sit with them.

Actually grammer by definition is "the study of the way the sentences of a language are constructed; morphology and syntax" No mention of spelling in that, thanks but try again.

so you dont like my grammer.......and you cant spell a LICK!.....now can we move on with the football board

First of all, I was responding to titsrock who said....

This is supposed to be the stat fattening game for Colt McCoy's heisman...

I said....

I'm fully aware they were playing UCF. I'm not calling this the greatest performance ever, but those were very impressive stats, I was just pointing that out... that's all! Ingram didn't have those numbers when they played FIU(which is one of the worst teams in Florida).

I actually consider Ingram the front-runner, becuase without him... Bama is 7-2 or maybe even 6-3.

It's quite funny you keep ripping Texas as a "2 star team", when you could say the same thing about Bama.

Three lullabies in an ancient tongue
Sorry to be so late in the weekly conversation guys....been away on a little getaway.

The Jagger69 Top Ten Poll out just today:

1) Alabama
2) Florida
3) Texas
4) Cincinnati
5) TCU
6) Boise State
7) Georgia Tech
8) Pittsburgh
9) Iowa
10) Houston

The top 3 teams remain unchanged after victories by all 3 on Saturday. Alabama rules and Florida is breathing their exhaust right now. Big East is looking tough with 2 awesome teams in the hunt. Been a long time since that happened!

Penn State was finally exposed as the overrated team they are. Iowa's luck ran out when Stanzi got injured. Cincinnati and TCU are legit but I rank Cincy above TCU because they lead a BCS conference....both passed up Boise State with their continuous cupcake schedule. If OSU can beat Iowa, they'll move up big time. USC was less than impressive against ASU so I am mystified why the pollsters seem so enamored with them. Oregon just fucked up big time.

By the way, I think Texas was just plain lucky to beat UCF....they only have 2 good players (both on offense) so they are obviously living on borrowed time. How they lead the nation in total defense without any good players is a total mystery.

http://content.usatoday.com/sportsdata/football/ncaaf/stats/team-total-defense

And 4th in interceptions? Just lucky bounces explains it all....

http://content.usatoday.com/sportsdata/football/ncaaf/stats/team-interceptions

Same thing goes for their special teams. How they make these types of rankings has got to be a scam since nobody has any talent:

http://content.usatoday.com/sportsdata/football/ncaaf/stats/team-kickoff-returns

They've been lucky so far but I wouldn't be surprised to see them drop 2 or 3 games before the season is over. I mean, the law of averages has to come into play sometime, doesn't it? How long can they keep stumbling around barely squeaking out victories without any good players besides McCoy and Shipley? Besides, even if they do miraculously make it to the championship game, the SEC team will rip them to shreds.

Side-note: He won't win it because he's a junior and plays in a non-BCS conference, but Case Keenum should be the leader in the Heisman race as far as I am concerned. His stats blow everyone else away. Show me someone who even comes close to these numbers and I will retract my statement:

CASE KEENUM STATS

Passing Rushing

Att Comp Pct Yds TD Int Rating Att Yds Avg TD

458 325 71.0 3,815 28 5 158.9 41 95 2.3 3

Lol sounds like I'm a bigger Texas fan than you. Thanks for killing my whole argument.

Maybe not but that dog bite Alabama in the ass and until they beat somebody I'm still going to ride Bama's ass they should be a shame 31-17 [/QUO being a florida st fan is shame enuff....that was last year .......jacksonville st ...had florida st sweating bullets THIS YEAR...tell me who should be ashamed....bama has won 21 of the last 23 games...ashamed??????? ROLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLTIDEEEEEEEEEEEEE<<<<<<<<<<<<<

When you win your confreence for eight years stright come talk to me playa' until then find a way to win the big game.:hatsoff: Anyway in local news Tommy West is no longer Memphis head coach FIRED after getting his teeth kicked in by Tennessee.Word on the street is he is going to become Georgia DC how about that:thumbsup:

In a very Nostradamus like way, my predictions will be in no chronological order.

My crystal ball tells me:

Jason’s Pitt Panthers will be the Big East Champ after whipping Notre Dame this weekend then beat West Virginia and Cincinnati.

Brian Kelley will be coaching Notre Dame next year.

That state up north will not be in a Bowl this year.

Arizona will play against The Ohio State University in the Rose Bowl.

Jim Hairball will leave Stanford and coach his Alma Mater next year.

Colt McCoy throws a touchdown pass in the waning minutes of the National Championship game to beat the Tide.

TCU beats Florida in a Bowl game.

bamas next 2 games is the kind of games that get on my nerves....teams got nothing on the line...and they bring everything but the kitchen sink to beat you with my pick this week ol miss - 4

Jesus... Reading your posts makes me want to piss myself. Have you ever even seen the inside of a school?

Please, only post in pictures and emoticons; everything you type is a crime against the English language.

As far as I can see the Trojans are living large off that final drive victory in Columbus, and virtually nothing else.

But oh what a reputation it is....

Look everyone: people seem to be ready to bury the USC Dynasty after 1 blowout ON THE ROAD and 1 upset ON THE ROAD against a mediocre UW team when our starting QB was injured and did not play.

The Oregon loss was shocking and there are no excuses because even with the injured starters we've lost this season, we were completely outcoached in Autzen and that falls to PC.

The theme of this year's USC team is winning ON THE ROAD. No other team has played anywhere near the quality OR number of road games USC has this season.

This is the year to beat SC because what comes around, goes around. All of these difficult road games this season become home games next season:wave2: and I wouldn't want to play USC next season, assuming Barkley finishes out the season uninjured:wave2:

Look at this schedule next yearflylicker
Sept. 2 at Hawaii
Sept. 11 Virginia
Sept. 18 at Minnesota
Sept. 25 at Washington State
Oct. 2 Washington
Oct. 9 at Stanford
Oct. 16 California
Oct. 23 at Oregon State
Oct. 30 Oregon
Nov. 6 Arizona State
Nov. 13 at Arizona
Nov. 27 Notre Dame
Dec. 4 at UCLA

Just hand USC the NC next year, okay...:thefinger

We have no Linebackers this season after losing 4 to the NFL. The Recruiting Machine had a hickup this season. The replacement LBs are small, fast, but clueless. Even Maualuga and Cushing missed tackles too in their careers:dunno:

If we win out this season, as long as Boise and TCU are in the BCS, I have no problem with USC sneaking a BCS bid. I'm not sure I'll apologize for that bid either if Oregon continues to lose. :thefinger
