Nebraska 10, OU 3

Landry Jones threw 5 INTs and 3 missed field goals by our kicker.

Nebraska basically did nothing on offense. All of their points came off of INTs(one returned to 1 yrd line).

41 sec left in the game, OU is in Nebraska territory, Landry Jones throws a hail-mary which gets picked off... WTF!?

I would like to see the true freshman Drew Allen play next week. Jones at times looks lost and really struggles with his accuracy.

Boy, I really miss Sam :weeping:

Well Oregon blew it today, big time. The offense put in a full day's work (600 yards and 42 points is never a bad showing) but the defense played like a Pop Warner team who'd never played tackle football before. Stanford ran and passed over Oregon like the Ducks were a muddy welcome mat and Stanford had suede shoes on. Utterly pathetic.

How's 33-42, 469 yds, 2 TDs for ya?

Jordan Shipley 11 rec, 273 yds, and 1 TD. Should Shipley be leading Heisman race?

WOW against power house ucf .......thats amazing.....hes done that against all the high schools texas has played this year.....wait till they play a real team........okl give them all they wanted....on crutches

--USC struggles again.
--More proof that the Big10 is a mediocre conference...
--...but at least it ain't the SEC with its blindfolded refs.
--I'd love to see 'Bama play a decent team outside of its conference. And I don't mean North Texas or FIU.
--Give the Panthers props, and give Wannstedt a raise.
--Arkansas might be the best 5-4 team in the country...thanks in big part to Mallett.

go Cardinal! surprised we won that game, now if we can just beat the irish and the bears then all the female coeds said they'd fuck every male coed.....my gf is protesting this arrangement, she's a berkley girl.....they're never happy no matter how awesome the arrangement is ;) ...but they fuck like rabbits!

my observations between ncaa tv and homework today....

*if the refs stay out of the game, i think bama will beat florida in the SECCG
*probably the worst game OU has played since ...... ever? they gave that game away
*speaking of florida, will notre dame try and lure Urban from the gators? Go Navy!
*was a little shocked at the final score of ohio state vs penn state
*what in the hell happened to the noles today, Skyraider? ouchies
*LA Tech likes hitting helmet to helmet. Boise looked a little lost in that game but pulled it out.
*Refs apparently do not like hits of helmet to helmet
*tho she went to that community college in berkley, my GF can make some awesome game day munchies and roll a spliff tighter than sara jay's bung hole. so...guess Cal teaches something right

PSU looked like a Pop Warner team out there, and JoePa will let 'em know that! Just as soon as he finishes his nap.

arkansas.....humm.....o yea thats the team bama beat 35 - 7.....and which team outside the sec ....THAT DONT GIVE UP 35 points a game (boise) or 45 (cinn) .......you may not like bama but bama and florida is the best 2 teams in the nation...i think thats clear now....its a shame one has got to take a back seat to texas because i dont think texas could beat florida or bama

^^Seriously, how in the world can your English be so bad? Don't they teach English in "bama"? I don’t know if that is how Tide fans act cool, but it really is hard to understand your point sometimes.

Maildude: In defense of the Tide, they did play Va Tech in their non conference this year and they have Penn St, Georgia Tech and your Sparty on future schedules.

could...you...please...use...fewer...ellipses?

oh, but add more punctuation after questions and exclamations. That's pure fucking gold. Not only does it make your question appear more urgent, it makes you look smart.

Utah? :dunno:

:1orglaugh

Has anyone seen Bodie around these parts lately?

:wave2:

He went mysto this week and now we know...he KNEW his ducks were going to waddle down to the Farm and lay an egg....

I did pretty much know. I even stated, in your profile comments, that I wouldn't be stunned to see Stanford beat them :1orglaugh

It's always that way with my Ducks. Every time they're on the verge of a huge season they implode somehow. Dixon's injury a couple of years ago is just one other example.

freakish stat of the day: the last time Stanford defeated Oregon was October 2001, when the Ducks were nationally ranked in the top 7, just as they were yesterday.
The score that day: Stanford 49 Oregon 42
Yesterday's score: Stanford 51 Oregon 42

AP Poll:
* 10.USC

You have GOT to be freakin kidding me? :wtf:
Did all the voters go to bed early and miss that narrow escape snoozefest against Zona State, which came on the heels of a narrow escape against Navy's bitch boys Notre Dame, and a dismembering at the hands of Oregon? This may be the most over-rated team in USC history. Maildude you're right. The AP is loaded with Pete Carroll fanboys.

It's looking more and more like the SEC Champ vs. Texas for all the marbles. Will be a hell of a good game IMO.
