Where does that link make the point that Obama's approval ratings are lower than Bush's were?
Bush's lowest approval ratings were anywhere from 22 to 28 pct. depending on the source. Obama's is that low right now?
As for Obama's reelection prospects, as long as the economy continues to improve he'll easily win.
I wouldn't be so sure about that...If Obama loses it will be because the people who voted for him don't recognize his policies...It won't have anything to do with whatever the GOP does IMO.
His policies on Libya, in Afghanistan are really big sticking points for many of those who voted for him. If he continues to cede ground to the GOP on issue after issue...he will be a one term president. Progressives and Demos elected him to be something different and stand up... Compromising and ceding ground on point after point will most certainly lose him far more supporters than it will ever win over from the other side.
The support for Obama among his supporters is fairly lukewarm. The only thing that can turn that is pretty large scale successes here over the next year...IMO.
For all of the policies he's engaged in there aren't any Obama moments...That is, something he can point to as a monumental success or he where he stood his ground and won something.
