That we will never know. But I think the concept of even our galaxy would have stupefied 1st century humans, let alone multiverses.
You're forgetting the timelessness of God. Time doesn't mean anything to it. So it's able to pick and choose between its creation and because of this he's quite A Doors fan, or so I'm told....

Every Christian sees God as an amazing and wise man who has a plan for everything. But given the current state of the world, I have to think that God is more like an all-powerful George Bush.
