Christian said last night that winning the ECW Championship is the greatest moment of his career...take that, TNA!

Punt kick to Trips...dare I hope he's playing the 'Game' elsewhere for a few months? Someone else can be the world champ for a bit...enter the Age of Orton...

he would of been stuck at mid card talent in wwe if tna didnt give him the main event push and his 1st world title

hell yeah age of orton is apon us.

yea need to full those two days also would say tna needs to move to tuesdays and compete with ecw even though its geting better now it still not better then tna

Why would you want that? TNA's just fine on Thursday night. They don't 'compete' with Superstars, as it's just a one-off show that Vinnie Mac put forth in the name of competition. TNA's got that market cold. Why compete with ECW just when it's starting to get good? All that would result in is a) Vince moves ECW to another night (doubtful) or b) packs the show with a bunch of 'established' stars to compete, thereby thinning out other brands and drowning the just-emerging talent on ECW.

TNA owns Thursdays. Superstars is a throwaway show Vince is using to test the market there. TNA's under no threat.:glugglug:

Yeah Bear, that was a little sarcasm. I'm grateful to TNA if for nothing else than they showed the no-minds at WWE that Christian can main-event.:glugglug:

Well said, bro! :glugglug::thumbsup:

tna has been setting record break ratings this past month . maybe vince put wwe superstars on thursdays to try to scare tna off onto another day . just an opinion . i know this is the wwe but tna latly has had better matches on there tv shows then wwe but wwe has had some awesome ppvs . will the draft bring a breath of fresh air back to tv or fail

Big Update on Jeff Hardy's WWE Future; Will He Re-Sign With WWE?
by Nick Paglino
Apr 29, 2009

Source: Prowrestling.net

We have been reporting for a while now that former WWE Champion Jeff Hardy has been giving officials within WWE the feeling that he will NOT be re-signing with the company when his current deal expires this summer. Several sources have cited burnout and the hectic road schedule as the reason why Hardy may not want to work with the company much longer, however, according to new reports the feeling is that Hardy's hardball tactics have given him negotiation leverage which will most likely interest Hardy enough to re-sign with WWE before his current deal is expired.

Should Hardy decide to re-sign with WWE, it will either be a situation where he works the same amount of time he is working now and gets a pay increase, or, he will remain at the same pay level but work a reduced schedule similar to the situation The Undertaker is currently in.

In other Hardy news, it should be noted that both Jeff and Matt Hardy have been in talks with MTV concerning some sort of reality show idea for the network. Matt and Jeff both currently produce an online video series called "The Hardy Show."

At the risk of sounding like a douche, wasn't there a previous story/post that said the same thing? For the record, I hope Jeff resigns.

Bret Hart Says He'd Forgive HBK, Inducting Him Into HOF?
by Matt Boone
Apr 30, 2009

The following are some excerpts from a new interview with Bret "The Hitman" Hart, from SkySports.com:

On Forgiving Shawn Michaels: “For me I don’t really have much issue with it anymore,” Hart said. “If you asked me that up until probably about a year ago I’d have probably said something different. But I’ve cooled off a bit now. I don’t want to carry it around anymore. If he wanted to apologize I would accept it. I’d move on but I wouldn’t forget it.”

On Inducting HBK Into WWE Hall Of Fame: “Maybe if he wants to make himself feel better about it he should have the guts to pick up the phone and apologize,” Hart said. “Then we’ll see after that.”

"So would Bret induct Shawn into the WWE's Hall of Fame, as indicated by a recent request made by Shawn in WWE magazine?"

WOW! Where did Shawn say that?!?!??!

This is from the interview between The Orlando Sentinel and Shawn Michaels posted on March 30, 2009:

I read that in the current edition of the WWE Magazine that you had been asked about whenever the time comes and you go into the Hall of Fame on who would give the induction speech. You mentioned several guys and even threw out the name Bret Hart. Can you discuss that and why you think that might be an idea of something you would like to have if it could happen when that time comes?

Sure. I was saying that from the perspective of I so much enjoy the Hall of Fame but it can be – and I want this to come out right – it’s a time of tribute and a time of honoring but often we get focuses all on the good and it tends to be, I don’t know, a little fluffy. I would like mine to be, I don’t know, maybe be honest. I’m one with who I was and I’m one with who I am. I felt that Bret Hart could bring a real perspective to that. He’s always been a guy even know that despite all of our differences, he’s still always been objective about my ability. They didn’t put this in there I don’t think – the only thing that he wouldn’t have any knowledge of is the person I am now and I understand that. It was from the idea of wanting someone that could give a real honest perspective of my career because it hasn’t all been fluff and it hasn’t all been fantastic and I think that’s OK. I just felt that I can be a pretty strange guy. (laughs) I supposed that it was just something that I thought, gosh, my Hall of Fame induction to be more about truth more than anything else. It’s sort of a fantasy, sort of, dream job and it’s a great line of work so we can create anything we want and it can be very fairytale-ish and I think that’s great on one hand. I just figured maybe it would be, I don’t know, neat or nice to have somebody that can give a real perspective on the journey because it hasn’t been a fairytale. It’s turned out awesome but it was a tough, rugged road. I just thought that maybe he could give a fresh perspective to it. It’s one of those things that you go I know this sounds crazy but…

Gotta be honest....and as weird as it sounds...I'd LOVE to see Hart induct Michaels.

I would love to see Bret induct Shawn as well. I can just imagine everyone in the room really listening in to Bret to hear what he would say about Shawn Michaels. I also think it would be a great platform for both of them to finally put it to rest.

Well, Bret wouldn't pull any punches. That would be amazing, I wonder if he would have anything good...

WTF? bret sure holds grudges along fucking time huh?

Exactly, what has holding a grudge got any of them after all of this time. I think Bret should induct Shawn into the Hall of Fame. It might get them to finally talk to each other and move on.
