neither of you even knew what i was talking about when i brought up hogan.
I know exactly what you are talking about. Hogan took roids before he met Vince. Vince was acquitted of the charges.

I really dont think Vince would still be pissed at RVD for the ********* charge. I am sure he is more worried about all the pain pills that most wrestlers are addicted to.
RVD is a hard worker and gives it his all every time he goes out there. I personally dont think a wrestlers personal life should be brought into their contracts. Now if he starts coming to work stoned then that is a problem and should be dealt with accordingly.

Personally, it ruins the whole theme for me. I know wrestling is "fake", but thats why I watch it. I like the drama, the things that make you cheer and also the things that **** you off when heels do a great job. I wouldn't ever be enticed to get any insider info on what is going to happen. I like being surprised by the events live.
Concerning tonight, my thoughts:
I don't know what was better, seeing the POWER of Marcus Cor Von do a gorilla press slam converted into a fallaway or the Tommy Dreamer SuperPlex of Sabu. Hell, Dreamer even performed the hard to watch pile driver. Awesome fighting tonight.
The New Breed:
Thorn works better solo with his manager chick anyway, and as far as Striker.......he needs to switch to TnA and convert his character into something cooler caue that teacher thing is about as lame as Doink the clown. I would like to see the agile high flying Elija Burke team 2 man tag with the powerhouse Marcus Cor Von, that would be sick.
CM Punk: CM who? This guy is ECWs big hopeful for stardom? Bleh, its only my opinion but this guy is Lame with a capital L. He doesnt have the best wrestling stature, his moves are so so, and his GTS is ranking up there with the ferocity of a spear from Edge the twig....I'm not buying into the whole CM Punk craze.......and I even like Pepsi!
As far as personal matters of wrestlers............WHO CARES! They come to work, they perform great shows. I dont even like to think about the personal lives, like I said, I believe in this wrestling thing because its fun to do so and it makes it more fun to watch if you "believe", therefore, unless these guys are in character on TV, I dont even pay attention.

hogan testified against mamahon on those trials. hogan said that vince gave steroids out. im surprised you didnt know that.

I wont get into the wrestling is fake comment. I argue that too much.
I am just like you and I dont get the insider info either because I too like being surprised.
I will go back and look at the insider info after an angle has already happened. Most of those insider things are wrong anyway.
CorVons press slam and RVD taking that piledriver were awesome as you said.
Striker was ROH and is a great technical wrestler. I used to **** his teacher gimmick but now it is one of my favorites.
I watch Elijah a lot and he still needs to learn a lot in the ring. I can tell when he gets lost a lot. He will be great someday.
I am not a fan of CM Punks gimmick. His wrestling skills are some of the best in the world.
If you ever get a chance to check out his ROH days he is phenominal. One of the best wrestlers around.
I agree his GTS is lame and his stature is not the typical WWE stature.
He has the Pepsi tatoo because his original finishing move was called the "Pepsi Plunge". He did that in ROH a lot. It was like a pedigree from the top rope.
CM Punk is a huge fan favorite in ROH cities.

I wouldnt quite say that. CM was best in ROH and his IWA-Midsouth days (Which I got to see in person once).
He will be big one day. And again, I really dont like him that much.

In fact, Hogan describing how he and Vince put their differences aside was pretty cool.

I forgot exactly what Hogan said about all of that. I do know that he said there was a lot of misunderstanding that had taken place as well.
One of my things is that I dont believe a single thing I read in the newspapers or see on the news. I like to hear both sides of the story before I make any judgement.

vince is under new allegations of steroids.
Im starting to wonder whats going to become of the Intercontinental Title. Its a shame to see it out of circulation, especially after one of my all time favorites Mr. Perfect, helped lift that belt up to what USED to be the #2 belt in all of WWE. Before the weird stuff about Mr. Kennedy........Kennedy saying he was going to use his case in WM 08, I figured he would use the case to challenge Santino and quickly punk him out for the belt. It sure would be better then seeing him play bitch to Finlay.

I'm a Lashley fan, but really...If they were going to give the ECW championship to one of the 3 it should have been Shane IMO...Although I cant wait to see the rematch

I am also a fan of the IC belt. I do think that with so many belts now, lets name them:
WWE heavyweight, World Championship, ECW heavyweight, Intercontinental, US champ, Cruiserweight, wwe tag team, World tag team, and womens title:
So with so many belts it takes the prestige away from them all. I liked before how the champion had to travel to both Raw and Smackdown.
Kennedy is great and is only going to get better.
