Can anyone seriously explain to me why Drew Carey is going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame???

The only time I've ever seen him in WWE was during the 2001 Royal Rumble, is that all? I stopped watching WWE from like 2007-09, did I miss something? Did he do something in WCW or ECW that I missed? WTF???

As far as I know that is all he has done in the WWE. The reason he is being inducted is he has a new improv show coming out soon and he is the host of Price is Right. That's it

And that would be the beginning of the end for the career of Candice Michelle :crying:
I know, she was actually decent before her injury. After that, she was always afraid of breaking her collarbone again and it affected her matches.

I highly doubt that's the reason he's being inducted. It's probably to get the press talking about Wrestlemania.

Meh I don't know, there was a bunch of other celebrities who have contributed alot more to WWE. Donald Trump would have probably been my #1 pick, if he's not already in there??.... I also could have seen Lawrence Taylor in there too, they could have tied him in with a storyline that made fun of what's going on with the NFL and the NFLPA right now or whatever, it would have gotten some publicity, I bet.

i now remember the bob Holly injury, how do you have a cut like that and its not just gushing blood is crazy!!!??
the candice i still dont remember and if she broke her collarbone she wasnt selling it ....cause she was selling paralysis...i think she got knocked the fuck out! her head hit that mat something fierce! lights were on but nobody was home:surprise:

every time hardcore holly was just starting to get over with the crowd or get a push he would always seem to injure himself or get injured, he sure had some bad luck

I don't get that shit either and speaking of Hall Of Fame why they haven't inducted.

LOD / Road Warriors
Jake The Snake
The British Bulldog
Macho Man

i think Macho and vince dont see eye to eye,i thought i heard wwe wants to do one of those Best Of dvds of Macho Man and Savage said "no". im not sure if that is entirely true.
Jake the Junkie? would the wwe want to associate with him especially after that beyond the mat movie?and how his life has taken a such an awful turn to the drugs and stuff
british Bulldog .. :dunno: ..i would say both have to go in.
LOD- i think of them more as nwa than wwe.that is how i used to watch them. TBS saturday nights @ 6:05!im not sure if the NWA associtationfactors into decisions.
i honestly think they put in some lower names as to not OVERSHADOW shawn michaels going in this year.

LOD should have went in years ago. They would overshadow HBK so maybe next year. :2 cents:

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
Michael Cole plays way too big a role in the broadcast. Seriously, are the wrestlers not good enough, or what? We need to hear his bullshit instead?

The crowd's reaction to him is apathetic at best. He's not over as a heel, he's just annoying. They're trying too hard.

WWE put out a 3 disc Macho Man DVD set in 2009 called "Macho Madness: The Randy Savage Ultimate Collection" (although Savage had nothing to do with it, Maria and Matt Striker hosted it and they showed nothing but respect for Savage), he promoted his new WWE figure in 2010, he's in the WWE alumni section, and he is featured in the new WWE All-Stars video game coming out on March 29.

Was great to see Trish's ass crack hanging out after her belt broke....just like old times!

BTW, just how many different models do they hire to be Randy Orton's wife??:1orglaugh

Speaking of Savage, I ran across this slightly blurry upload of a match that I remember as being of the best matches from Savage or Flair.

Wrestlemania VIII, April 5, 1992 - WWF Championship Match
"Macho Man" Randy Savage (with Miss Elizabeth {R.I.P.}) vs "Nature Boy" Ric Flair - champion (with Mr. Perfect {R.I.P.})
[Commentary by Gorilla Monsoon {R.I.P.} and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan]

At the time WWF had a "no blood" policy. Flair was caught blading directly on camera and was fined thousands of dollars. Oops. You can see it on part 2, around 6:43
I love it when Flair gets that white hair all bloody. I also love his delayed knockouts. He takes a couple steps and then falls forward. What legends both of these guys are.:bowdown:

Your info wasn't completely off the mark but I think things have been getting better lately. Especially considering that WWE (aka Vince) wanted nothing to do with Savage. Hopefully a HOF spot isn't too far off. It wouldn't be this year because of Shawn Michaels and Savage would be like Shawn, the guy the HOF is centered around. I just checked WWE.com and they're doing a countdown of the greatest match-ups that never happened for the new WWE All-Stars game. The #4 and current one is Macho Man vs Triple H.

In other HOF news, Abdullah the Butcher has been announced as the newest inductee. (Waits in corner for the impending "he's never wrestled for WWE" comments, but they never come because it only applies to Sting for some reason.:D)
