God Damn Michael Cole!

Like at how many people are leaving due to injuries/breaks:

Taker, HBK, Cena, Edge, JBL

Also, why the hell would Baptista work with HHH/McMahon? Makes no sense.

Batista is really good friends with Triple H and story wise Randy Orton injured him. Makes sense to me.

Nikkala made me do it!

That address might look familiar ... it's also known as the OVW Arena. :2 cents:

Glad JBL is no longer wrestling as he was getting slower and having poorer matches but would have liked him to stay around as he is a brilliant talker in his gimmick and feel he could have been used in a non-wrestling capacity to great effect.

i wish he had gone back to being commentator on smackdown

i dont mind todd grisham, but jbl would have been way better

the draft is so predictable.
bring the guys to raw who have "heat"
move the guys who have gotten "stale" to smackdown or ecw.

and unlike just about all of you guys i like Cena.but just like we were upset that HHH didn't drop the strap to Orton @ WM25....
there was NO BETTER OPPORTUNITY than just now for Swagger to get over HUGE with a win vs Cena. it would be 1 quick easy way to elevate a new guy into the title scene and get some fresh faces into some storylines.
but Cena wins and then HHH gets drafted back to Raw.
im expecting Cena to get drafted to SD. they aren't gonna have both champs on the same show ....Will They?

Yeah I was hoping that Swagger would've gotten the win over Cena because it would be great for his career. I also picked Cena to go to Smackdown because of Triple H but they could always have CM Punk cash in the MITB at Backlash during the Cena/Edge match. I also knew Maryse was going to RAW the minute Melina was sent to Smackdown.

Smackdown looks much better, more of a relaxed feel to it now. Some great wrestlers too watch and some good possible story lines. Jericho and taker would be a good 1. They have Long back as GM so vicki should be around less. I think they made it so raw is mostly aimed towards kids and smackdown is for the adults and its a good look.

i like the possibility of a mysterio v. jericho feud....
harkening back to the old WCW cruiserweight days.
i don't watch smackdown ever. i just watch raw.
if jericho gets a huge push (u guys need to keep me updated) i guess i will have to start dvr'ng SD

Word has it they are working towards a Mysterio/Jericho feud. :glugglug:

Jericho will get a huge push on SD. He worked the Legends angle and prior to that the Michaels thing...he might be without peer on the mic. Too bad he'll have to sell for Rey-Rey if the feud comes down.

Undertaker/Matt Hardy is the lead match on the new Superstars program. Looks like 'Taker's back, at least for the moment.

Is this Superstars program supposed to be a flashback of the past week or what?

It's apparently all original programming. Not sure where it's coming from, and they're not going to have their own roster (thank God), as it'll be all three brands. Might be the dark matches from before/after Raw/SmackDown that never make it to TV, as they have the TV crews on hand anyway. It's only scheduled to be an hour long, so can't see them wasting too much time on non-wrestling items like the Cutting Edge or anything like that.

That's good- splitting the two shows makes storylines develop a tad too slow imo- you need a good filler type show to push some segments along.

And it's on right before TNA, so that's an extra hour of wrestling on Thursday nights. They should put Superstars on Wednesday or Saturday or Sunday on a non-wrestling night.

First show lineup sounds pretty good from what I heard. Apparently Finlay/Christian has been added to the bill for a shot at Swagger's title at Backlash. I may end up caring about the PPV yet...
