Was there anything worthwile on Raw last night, worth sharing?
WWE has released Sabu. The ECW brand is officially dead.
The one thing about McMahon that I can't stand is that he never uses anybody properly if they made their name somewhere else. Flair, Benoit, even Mick Foley. A few months ago they made a big deal about signing Monty Brown but because he wrestled elsewhere under his real name all of a sudden he is Marcus Cor Von or whatever. :dunno:

foley?! he was a multiple champion. what more did you want out of him? flair? mcmahon did use him properly. the first time around. the second time, flair is just too old.
Foley should have been Cactus Jack from the start, but McMahon had to come up with his own character. Flair should have been in a angle with Hogan instead of 2nd teir feuds. People had wanted to see Hogan/Flair for 7-8 years but Vince didn't do it.

hogan made it clear he wanted nothing to do with flair one on one. just like he made it clear he wanted nothing to do with bret hart. hogan was top dog, and he knew both flair and hart would wrestle circles around him.

that would be a good move for them. Most Wrestlers who leave from WWE to TNA have had a way better wrestling Career in TNA.
Christian Cage an Jeff Jarrett both became TNA champ
Team 3D and Voodoo-kin Mafia both became TNA tag champs
all are former wwe Wrestlers, and look at Monty Brown, he was a top player in TNA and went to WWE and became a nobody

thats because tna is so small. wwf wrestlers have reps. they walk into tna established names. where as monty brown was a nobody going to a big pond.
This is good news for Sabu. Now he can go to a show that is better than the ECWWE. Hopefully, he would go to TNA or the indies or Japan so that he can wrestle matches that last more than 5 minutes.
I can guess the reason why Sabu was being a jobber in the new ECW. It's because Vince McMahon wants to make him look bad. He wanted to change Extreme Championship Wrestling (which was anti-Vince McMahon) into what Jerry Lawler called "Extremely Crappy Wrestling" and what I now call "Extremely Considered the Worst Wrestling Ever" (which is pro-Vince McMahon).

The answer to any question as to "why" certain things (RVD holding two belts at the same time) happen in wrestling is very simple...all wrestling fans are sheep and will like what they are told to like.
I've been a wrestling fan for as long as I can remember, and I can hardly remember a time where the "true" wrestling fans have been extremely pleased with the WWE. Anyone who watched this years crap fest which they passed off as Wrestlemania understands what I am talking about. But, as long as there is money to be made, Vince McMahon and his writing staff will continue to push talentless pieces of crap with a "marketable image". For example, you can count on unenjoyable clowns like Batista, The Great Khali and Bobby Lashley to take part in PLENTY of matches in the near future, even though all TRUE wrestling fans absolutely despise watching their crappy excuses for matches. If I have to sit through another painstaking 2 hours of Smackdown just to see Batista spinebuster someone and get a 3-count, I swear to God I'm going to chug a sand bucket full of lighter fluid and wash it all down with a handful of M-80's.
I can count Batista's move set on one hand...
1) Terribly executed clothesline
2) Awful shoulder thrusts into the corner
3) Disgraceful spinebuster
4) Batista bomb, no seriously...Batista bomb
The happiest moment in my entire life was when Batista had to give up the belt when he hurt himself...*dreamy sigh*, I can still remember what the night air smelled like that night...heaven.

Hmm...another draft in the works...could be interesting. I guess we'll all be welcoming Edge back to RAW when it happens. My guess is that one of the first picks is HHH, even though he's hurt and isn't scheduled to come back until around Summerslam.

Am I the only person, that is glad that London and Kendrick are not wwe tag champs anymore?
I would rather have a heel team such as Duce and Domino as the tag champs. This way I am more inclined to watch Smackdown, because I want to know who will be the next to chase for the titles. It was exactly the same thing when JBL was champion for so long.

I'm so sick of the faces holding the belts for so God damned long. All it does is piss people off and make potentially good gimmicks go bad. Case in point...John Cena. Everyone is sick of Cena holding the belt and being a face. Cena needs to lose the belt, disappear for a while and then come back as a hard ass heel. I would personally enjoy it if John Cena would get rid of his stupid Chain Gang/Marine shit and go back to a heel version of his "original" gimmick. For example, if RAW was in Boston, Cena should come out in a Yankees jersey and shoot off a couple rhymes that rip on the Red Sox. GOD, that would be so entertaining.
